or witch craft and wizardry was found dead in the Forbidden Forest yesterday by a student. Fowl play is suspected and the Ministry is relating the death to the previous deaths in Hogsmeade.
The Ministry of Magic has offered a 500 gallon reward to tips that lead to an arrest.

Life In A Book

The Dungeons
The coldest and most hated place by most students the dungeons in Hogwarts castle are often times as avoided as possible. Only the Slytherin students seem to like it down here; and for good reason.

Ground Floor
The smells from the kitchen and the great hall easily surround the place. While old paintings give the halls a watchful like comfort. The ground floor is the meeting point for most students; and the cross roads of others.

First Floor
Most classrooms are located on the first floor making it one of the most hated places in the castle. Also the unpopular hospital wing is located here. But it is one of the busiest floors, mainly because of the over used entrance to the great stair cases.

Second Floor
An almost abandoned floor, made unpopular mainly because of moaning myrtles bathroom and the sudden amount of water that always seem to appear. Not to mention that Filch always seems to be lurking around here. Only those who really have to enter this floor; go here

Third Floor
The third floor is usually dusty and abandoned. The once forbidden corridor hasn't been touched since Fluffy was moved out. And the trophy hall is only really used for detentions. Charms class is held on this floor.

Fourth Floor
The fourth floor is most famous for the library which is almost hidden and for most first years almost impossible to find. Bathrooms are also found on this floor. As well as the mirror of erised. Which is protected by many spells but has once again come to rest in its original home.

Fifth Floor
The prefects bathroom and many strange statues can be found on this floor. As well as the band and choir class room which is hidden away from most other classrooms so it can remain unheard by the rest of the school.

Sixth Floor
A study hall is found on this floor. Used mostly by seventh and sixth years to snog, sleep and do homework. Used by all houses. But try not to be too loud, the teachers lounge is right next door; and most teachers are ready to come in at any time if they hear any fighting going on.

Seventh Floor
At the base of the Gryffindor tower the portrait to the fat lady is stationed. Not to mention the Gryffindor common room. Only two hall ways away the room of requirements is easily hidden not to mention the Divination classroom which most students have the brains to avoid.

The Towers
The Owlery, The Ravenclaw common room and North tower can be found here. Not to mention the Astronomy tower which rises above the rest like a glittering knife. The Headmaster's office can also be found here. But most people tend to avoid that area. Unless absolutely necessary.

The Black Lake
During the summer the black lake is overly crowded especially after exams. Where people can be found over almost every inch of beach. But in the winter, the black lake is usually abandoned and cold. Used by only the most hard core of nature lovers.

Green Houses
Nature lovers and students a like often times gather here for classes and the enjoyment of plants. The green houses are also a great place to hide something, or someone. Even yourself, if your ever in trouble or just happen to be playing a good game of hide and go seek.

Quidditch Pitch
Someone is always on the quidditch pitch, no matter if its the teams practicing or just some random student doing homework in the stands. The quidditch pitch is constantly in use. And to many one of the coolest places to hang out.

Forbidden Forest
The forbidden forest is mostly avoided as much as possible. Not only do you have to get past Hagrid who is rumored to shoot anyone with his crossbow who tries to pass. But inside you are faced with some of the craziest beasts and dangers alive. Going in here could cost you your life.

Womping Willow And Vegetable Patch
The rest of the Hogwarts grounds, and most common not used by the student population. The willow has a bad but very true reputation for trying to kill students and only really should be looked upon from a distance. And the vegetable patch, well what teenager likes vegetables?

The Ministry Of Magic
One of the most famous places in wizarding Britain the ministry of magic is the one place that every wizard or witch must see at least once in their lifetime. The great golden fountain and grand politics that goes on in here is almost addictive. But enemies and power hungry citizens lie here. And many describe this place as corrupt.

Hogsmeade
Easily one of the coolest places near Hogwarts. About once a month thousand of students flock down here, to eat ice cream. Drink butter beer and overall just have a good time. Hogsmeade is famous for being one of the only wizarding communities in Britain.

Diagon Alley
Well known for its easy shopping and having almost everything. Many people come here for the latest wizarding trends and newest broom sticks. Even text books and wands are best sellers here. Even if they are not as well liked as other things.

Knockturn Alley
A creepy cold place. Centered mostly on the dark arts. Most people haven't been down here, unless for a very good reason. All parents would discourage going down there. No this place is not for the faint of heart.

Because London is so expensive most of Hogwarts youngsters live in the suburbs of England. To many England is a place of wilderness and culture. But death eaters and dangers often hold meetings in the country side. Hoping perhaps to remain hidden until the last possible moment.
