Everyone gets:
0 - Inactive (None or very little help)
1 - Contributing (Less help than expected)
2 - Active (What is expected of your position)
3 - Hyper-Active (Hard-working, dedicated, and very helpful)

In addition each of these awards give you an extra profit share.

Forum Award - 1
Being the most active and contributive to the forum discussion. This is not just post counts, but also how much your posts add to the conversation.

Achievement Award - 1
This award goes to the person or people to create the biggest game update. If more than 3 individuals worked on the updates, the award will be given to the most active 3.

Recruitment - 1
This goes to the staff member who recruits the most new staff and players for the game.

Niceness - 1
The person who is easiest to get along with. All staff can help vote on this. This award will be added in March.

Can I have 4?

Just kidding.. Nice idea.. Don't think it will work (we have to make like millions so that when they are devided they mean something and not like 20 bucks a month).

Good luck with it anyways!

You could get 4 if you won an award and got 3 for your activity level.

I know it's not going to be a lot of money, but it should atleast create some motivation...

By the time we get profits you should have it figured out. And if we have any difficulties then, we will sort them out.

I am not the only one. Azoundria, and many of my friends also have PayPal accounts though they are under 18.

What? Don't you need a credit card number as well as a credit card? dry.gif

You need a bank account. I think. And you need a credit card. Oops. I have my account "half" validated. Oh well.

It's not a big deal. If you don't have an account I can just save your share until you get one.

To be totally honest here, I don't find this method professional. I think you must judge a person more than on just a few scales. It's not that i don't automatically disagree with this - I just think there needs to be a lot more put into consideration.

I can't come up with something off the top of my head. It's more like instinct sometimes.

When I used to administrate my own forums, I made my members moderators and administrators based mainly on their merit and how they acted on the forums. Then I asked myself if the person was responsible, reliable, etc.

I will do my best to come up with more suggestions to idealize this idea. Pretty good start though.

Effort is the most important thing in my opinion. You also get a share for being the most active in the forum, producing the biggest update, being nice/easy to get along with, and for recruitment. What's missing?
