here is where you get started by filling out the APPLICATION TEMPLATE and then putting up your application so it can be approved or denied.
be sure to submit your application in the right place.... honestly, this isn't that hard. another thing: make sure your topic title is YOUR CHARACTER'S LAST NAME IN ALL CAPS, first name in all lower case letters. i don't know how much i have to stress this. i've put it on the application template page, but no one ever seems to read anything but the application itself.
