Do you guys think that a chaos dwarf all shooting army would be a viable choice as an army type?

As long as you have hobgoblin bowmen, and use bolt throwers instead of rocket launchers(not good) I could see it with a double Earthshaker. The only problem is the blunderbuss short range, which is why you have hobgoblin bowmen to weaken people up, then blunderbuss finish them off.

Well I made up a 2500 point list,
with 4 sorcerors (one lord sorceror),
5 units of 10 blunderbussers,
at least 5 units of 10 bowmen,
8 bolt throwers,
and 2 earthshakers
and 2 large blocks of giant axe wielding dwarfs to hide the characters in.

It should be able to deal alot of damage I would have to say, but against newer armies such as dark elves and orcs, would it work?

I think you've got the right idea. Magic and shooting are very powerful in the CD list, just be sure to toss in a couple hard hitting units as well, and, something that can take a hit. A bit of fast cav might work well in there, too, if you can spare the points. Anything that can slow your opponent down and ensure another round of shooting for your guys is a good thing.

Ha, very suttle that you're playing against Warlord Gromzarg, eh? wink.gif I think it looks good, but as Hes said, maye cut an even amount from each warrior block to make room for a unit of fast cav.
