The lizardmen are a powerful race with many different troop types. With incredible magic and cmbat characters, solid infantry, awesome skirmishers, swarms, heavy cavalry, scouts, shock infantry, flyers, moving artillery, and dinosaurs, whats not to like? A long time ago, the Lizardmen were the dominant race. But one day, chaos was unleashed on the land, and destroyed all of the hard work. The gods, the Old Ones, left the Lizardmen to be safe. But the Lizardmen believe that they will return for them, and will rule over again.
The best way to start LIzardmen is a regiment of saurus warriors, a regiment of skinks, and a saurus scar-veteran. But that is so close to the cost of a battalion, which has a whole lot more, I would just get that, along with the army book.
