This is a world that is on the brink of change, a world having to come to terms with what mankind has produced from itself. This is a world where the Phoenix force tired of Professor X and Magneto wasting their potential to change the world for good and rewound them in time to give them a second chance. This is a world where mutants are hated and feared, where superhero teams like the Avengers never occurred because who would trust a person with powers strange and incomprehensible?

In short, this is a world where anything is possible, timelines have been rewritten and the entire mutant question is a new and terrifying one. Starting from the beginning, our world is only just realising the extent of the talents that can be born out of the human genome and how it deals with the rise of mutants and superhumans...well, that's up to you.

Staff Kitchen
Nothing at all like the kitchen a floor below the staff kitchen is small and drab in comparison. It just has the basic necessities and a small pantry, but it get's the job done. A small table seats six. Plus, they have beer.

Staff Apartments
Each staff member at the Institute is granted a small apartment on the third floor. The apartments each have three separate rooms; a bedroom, a sitting room, and a full bathroom. Like the students, the staff are granted an allowance to decorate as they see fit.

Master Bedroom - Charles Xavier
The original master bedroom of the Xavier family ancestral home, Charles is lucky to have more space than most. The furniture is all very obviously antique and well-matched, with a colour scheme revolving around pale blues and creams. A separate private study adjoins the room, full of all the documents and papers and books that won't fit in his actual office. The room is also designed so that a man in a wheelchair could easily navigate it, for all that such allowances are no longer necessary.

Room 302 - Scott Summers and Jean Grey
Scott and Jean have struck a balance when sharing the room. It is spacious to comfortably hold two people with a king size canopy bed taking up the back wall of the bedroom. A vanity table for Jean resides near the bathroom and two full walk in closets hold the couples clothing. A dresser is set near the door for Scott since Jean has the vanity table, and a desk is settled on the other side of the door across from the dresser for both their use. The matching nightstands have lamps with cream colored shades but each has something different to dictate which side of the bed is whos. Jean's for instance has a picture of her and Scott together and a small bottle of rose perfume. The decorations were chosen together to compliment both their tastes and looks into a workable and comfortable blend.

Room 308 - Betsy Braddock
Once a sleekly elegant, oriental-themed room, Betsy's departure has left it a skeleton of its former beauty. Though her leaving is very much a permanent thing, no one has quite yet been ready to empty out the belongings left behind in her rush, nor accept that Psylocke is truly gone...

Room 312 - Maggie Dorn
Intentionally situated as far away from the resident telepaths as possible (for both theirs and her own sake), Maggie's room is simply but comfortably furnished. The sitting room is almost like a small library, with shelves of books and a soft overstuffed sofa piled with blankets, perfect for reading on cold winter evenings (and napping at the end of the day). The bedroom is done in watercolors, with framed Monet prints and theater posters on the walls, and a soft bed.

The Xavier Guest Suite
Currently occupied by none other than Erik Lehnsherr this set of rooms resides in the same wing as Charles Xavier's quarters. An almost perfect mirror of the master suite, the guest suite is slightly smaller, containing a bedroom, and a study, as well as a simple bathroom. Where the Master Suite is cream and blue, the Guest Suite is colored in rich greens and browns, and is quite fitting to Erik's personality.
