This is a world that is on the brink of change, a world having to come to terms with what mankind has produced from itself. This is a world where the Phoenix force tired of Professor X and Magneto wasting their potential to change the world for good and rewound them in time to give them a second chance. This is a world where mutants are hated and feared, where superhero teams like the Avengers never occurred because who would trust a person with powers strange and incomprehensible?
In short, this is a world where anything is possible, timelines have been rewritten and the entire mutant question is a new and terrifying one. Starting from the beginning, our world is only just realising the extent of the talents that can be born out of the human genome and how it deals with the rise of mutants and superhumans...well, that's up to you.

First Floor The first floor of the Xavier Institute houses the main gate, the entryway, classrooms and staff offices. Inside and out the Institute appears to be just what it claims, a high-end boarding school for talented individuals.

The Basements Most of what the mansion hides, it does so underground. The first level of the basement is normal enough, housing a small rec room for students and space for storage. If you know the code to make the elevator continue down, however, you will enter the sub-basements. In them are the danger room, staff locker rooms, cerebro and the blackbird hanger.

Entrance and Ground Floor Hiding in plain sight, that's the best way to be isn't it? Unlike his rival, Xavier, Magneto has chosen to place his HQ right in the middle of New York City. He purchased an apartment building on the Upper East Side and has refit it to meet the Brotherhood's needs.
The ground floor houses the entrance to the hideout, a lobby and large sitting area.

The Basement Hidden off to the side behind a tapestry (how very old school of dear Erik) there is a door that opens to reveal an elevator. The door can only be opened via blood sampling, and is accessible only to Magneto, Mystique and a handful of trusted upper-echelon Brotherhood members.

The San Remo Located at 145 and 146 Central Park West, this 27 floor building with two elegant towers has some of the best views of Central Park in the city and is located just down the road from the Museum of Natural History. It is also the secret headquarters of the newly-reformed Hellfire Club. Masked as a top-end apartment block, it has a perfectly reasonable excuse for its tight security and its 'members only' approach to who gets let through those grand doors.

Hoyt Street Station A simple looking subway station that was built in the 1980s and is located in the Bronx. The color schemes are old and the tiles dingy, some crumbling away with each train that passes. As unappealing as it might be, it is what the Morlocks consider to be a front door to their home. While any station in the NYC MTA can by used, this is the easiest to gain accesses to.

The Abandoned Deep Set right below city hall is the remains of a once grand subway station. Abandoned since 1945 one would expect that the station would have fallen into great disrepair, and it had. Until the city of New York decided to reopen it as a museum in 1996. Mysteriously, though, reconstruction of the site was stalled, and in 1998 the plans were quietly put to rest.
This is the main headquarters for the Morlocks, though there are several branches. Dormitories are located here, as well as a pantry and kitchen.

The Sewers Further below the city than even the subway lines are the sewers. Built when the city began they can actually be pleasing on the eye, brick stacked upon brick in curving elegance. Of course, that is if you can get over the smell. They can be reached by any and all of the cities manholes, or several other means that only the Morlocks know of. Several alcoves branch off from the main thoroughfare, containing a store, of sorts, several options for surface free entertainment, and more!

The End of the Line The Courtland Avenue station was all but demolished after the terrorist attacks of 9/11. Trains no longer venture down this way, and neither do people, leaving it a deserted ghost town of a place. The Morlocks and their leader, have opted to use this to their benefit, creating both a detainment center, because even they have justice, and a resting place for their fallen fellows.

Vancouver Proper Whether you find yourself walking along beautiful beaches, trekking through the wilderness of Deep Cove, or rocking in the Yaletown nightlife, there is always (sometimes, occasionally) something to in Rain City. Most of the tourism industry in this city is based around how stunningly organic it is- whichever way you go, you could find yourself climbing Grouse Mountain, in the forests out west, or on an Aquabus in False Creek.

Vancouver Residential Vancouver has tons of room for housing, from gargantuan apartment complexes in Downtown and Coal Harbour, to friendly neighbourhoods and cul de sacs in West and North Van, as well as happy little Kitsilano. If you're something in between those two and maybe a bit cheaper, you can find a place on Granville Island if you're lucky, or just South of Vancouver, in the slightly Burnaby or Richmond. As long as you stay out of Surrey, you should be alright.

Vancouver Business While most of Vancouver's economy comes from their vast quantities of natural resources, the rest of it comes from sucking the life out of the tourists who foolishly flock to the city every year, being the warmest city in the Canadian winter. There are all kinds of cafés, galleries, and outdoors shops to support the more adventurous of the populace. As a parallel, beige, green, and grey monstrosities line the coast of Coal Harbour, the largest and most intimidating part of the city's industry, running the headquarters for many banks, insurance companies, cruise ships, and maybe more.

Eisenhardt Academy Teaching Buildings Nestled in a corner of South Kensington in London, a stones throw from Hyde Park and the museum district, the collection of buildings once called Queens Gate Mews has now been transformed into a school for mutants. More modest than the Xavier Institute, the Eisenhardt Academy has one extremely key difference to its sister school - it is openly an institution for mutants. Its headmaster is Erik Lehnsherr and it is co-run with Charles Xavier, with weekly Blackbird shuttles between it and the Xavier Institute.
