Wasn't sure what dates where decided so set it for the end of the month when most people have been payed.

Probably a cold one but there is plenty of indoor entertainment at Ashton Moss if the weather is bad.

if we can make a list of definates for going then it will be easier to book

Why don't you think about holding winter meets on a Sat pm/eve especially if you're gonna do something like bowling? Maybe more people will turn out on a Sat night rather than a Sun???????
