"Sitting Duck Rulings"

Hey everyone,
This is probably the worst part of my job, a few months back I issued a new rule that was the "Sitting Duck" Rule. If a player hasn't posted within one month without an LOA then the CO or XO has the right to remove a player from the simm.
I hate to have to do this however I'm afraid that the following people are removed from the simm due to inactivity:
Sergeant Julie Harris
Lt.Cmdr Mikonna

I need to start keeping this rule high as activity is slowing decreasing. If you need an LOA please, please let me know.

Activity is still quite bad and in order to improve it I have to act. So Sitting Duck rulings on the following:
