SODF Discussion, Look out world, here they come!

I started this thread so I can give you all updates on the SODF story. Of course you'll get to post ideas, thoughts, and constructive critique as well, and it's pretty much another randomness thread apart from that.

I've got chapters one through three written and on my deviantart account, as well as chapter one here. Two and three will follow soon, as will four once it's written and the others are all up.

SODF Blue Team is made up of James, Cat, Brendan and Shelby. James, Cat and Brendan are very talkative, but Shelby is a quieter soul, and far less fearless.

James

Always in trouble, it's a bit of a miracle that James managed to win the rank of team leader. Every single time something goes wrong, it's blamed on him, and in true SODF soldier form, he always tries to pass the blame on to someone else.

Cat

James's beta and best friend. Cat and James are always at each other's throats over the unfortunate incident a year before their first mission that destroyed the research on JUGGERNAUT and set it back months, even years.

Brendan

The chief troublemaker of Blue Team. He is behind many of the black marks on James's ERSPF record, whether it be dares, mastermind, or something else altogether.

Shelby

Always the quiet, sentimental one, Shelby is perhaps one of the more easily scared of the SODF soldiers. If ever she tries to speak up, she is cut across by one of her team-mates. She still has no idea what JUGGERNAUT is, neither has she asked or even shown interest. No matter how many times James or any of the others in Blue Team have insisted she toughen up, she is still easily cowed and as such does not like to stand up for herself.





More short descriptions of SODF characters are coming, starting with Vice-Admiral Smith. For now, I've run out of time.

Sorry for the double post, but it appears not a soul has replied to this thread, so it has to happen.

Vice-Admiral Smith

Smith is a forceful and authoritive man who demands respect even though he is small in stature. Standing at just one metre and sixty centimetres, he is by far the shortest Vice-Admiral on record. They say big things come in small packages, well, Smith is a diminutive man who packs a real punch when it comes to discipline. He is one of the only officers whose bite is actually far worse than his bark, not the other way around. He will say he's going to black-mark a soldier's record, and then court-martial that soldier.





More hopefully soon, when I've managed to get a mention of everyone in the story.

By the way, I might allow for a few cameo appearances, so if you're interested, just post your character's name, rank and personality. Just be sure said character is from around the year 4050, which is when SODF is mainly set. Chapters one and two are in 4046, though.
