"Grah!!" He spat as her got up from the ground, and watched her retrieve her weapon. He picked up his own rapier covered in the dust of the ground. Suddenly, she turned and ran towards him. A head-on attack, what is this, mockery? He had enough playing around, he charged back at her, his rapier gleaming in the bright light that emitted from the fierce surrounding flames, Robin's rapier whistled through the air, as if it were a hot knife against butter, as it sped up to meet with his enemy.
But, she had disappeared.
Robin swerved to see her running away from him, and suddenly a towering wall of pure fire blocked his path. "Coward!!" He called after her, but by now she wouldn't have heard him. Observing his surroundings Robin realized something he foolishly didn't notice earlier. He was trapped.
"Sol damn it." He cursed, as he quickly sheathed his rapier. He noticed his shoulder bag lay nearby, and scooped it up and strapped it on, making sure it was secure. He had to get the documents to the capital of Pyrania, no matter what. He walked back toward the wall of flame that blocked his path to the fleeing rogue assassin. The heat was starting to get to him, the smoke was making him dizzy and the humidity was starting to make him sweat a little. I gotta get outta here.
He looked up to see if there was any miracle of escape. There was none. "Damn.” he muttered and looked at the ground beneath him. Then at the ground beneath the wall of fire, and saw the dried up debris that fuelled it. “If only I could get rid of it, without touching it, I may be able… to…” Then, he had it. The spark of an idea, waiting to be set alight like the flames that had surrounded him. He only need the fuel. Psynergy. He channelled his psynergy towards the ground underneath the fire, and great rumbling answered his call. The very earth around him shook with trembling ferocity. It was getting harder for Robin to control it, but he pulled it off nonetheless. The ground surrounding the wall of flames cracked, split and opened up with a deafening roar, and the ground beneath the flames fell, along with the debris that fuelled it. Falling into the dark abyss of the earth, not even its flames, bright as they were, could reveal what truly lay beneath it.
Robin struggled as he closed the gap, restoring the ground to its previous state. He sighed with relief when it was done. He looked up and saw a clear path in front of him. He smiled and drew his rapier and ran through the path.
It wasn't long till did he finally find her. The assassin was relaxing by a tree, and yawning. No more taunting, no more tricks. I'm going to finish this. He thought to himself. I have more important things to deal with then petty fights. he was standing high up on a tree that closely neighboured the tree on which the assassin was resting. He held his rapier aloft in his hand, now raising it he summoned the one thing that would let him finish this. Echo. The little djinni appeared on his shoulder, and whispered something in his ear. “Well, it’s not my fault I haven’t fought in a while.” Robin muttered back, Echo again whispered something to him. “Hey, someone has to do the paperwork and Alec’s out most of the time, we’ll talk later. I need your help right now.” The little Djinni nodded, and Robin raised his rapier and Echo emitted a faint and shone for a spilt second before disappearing. The rapier now emitted a faint golden glow, it’s cold, steel was now warm, as it was infused with the ancient powers of the Djinn.
Robin jumped from branch to branch and finally arrived at the bottom of the ground and stood in front of the rogue assassin. She smirked. "It's about time, you found me. I was getting bored waiting." Ivan said nothing, but charged head-on, but she quickly and efficiently dodged it, without a thought. "Not quick enough slowpoke." She taunted. But, Robin wasn't finished; he rebounded off the tree giving himself a burst of speed, and sliced her sword arm, making her drop her weapon and shriek in surprise. Robin didn’t miss a beat and with the power of his djinni infused with his blade, struck again, piercing the assassin’s left shoulder blade, and drew it out as quick as he had stabbed her. The golden glow bestowed upon the rapier by Echo slowly ebbed away, as her scream filled the air, and the birds were scared out of their trees. Robin slowly walked back a few steps, and held his rapier to his side aloft and dripping with freshly drawn blood.
OOC: I haven't done this in ages, so it's not up to my usual standard. But, I got it done. Finally.

Screaming in pain from the attack from the spiteful Earth mage, she glares at him with such fury that her inner fire begins to shine brightly from within her eyes. It was time to get deadly serious. To stop using so many trick and to kill him where he stands. Smiling wickedly she calls out a single word, before throwing out her psyenergy in a specific patter, thus summoning her Djinn. "My djinn this infidel has drawn my blood and his sword met my flesh. He cannot be allowed to even breath after you are done my friend. He must be vanquished, and we are the ones to do it! GLORY TO THE FIRE!!" At this remark she throws out her right arm, watching at the man's turn of surprise. Obviously he thought she had used up all of her power in that previous attack, but a woman like her was never within her tricks and wiles. Her djinn sent out a fiery blast of concentrated fire energy at her enemy, which managed to catch not only the scenery on fire, but part of her enemy's clothes and pack as he dodged out of the way. The flames in which her djinn poured out into the area was hot and fast, consuming the earth in order to fuel it's monstrous power.
At this point she smiles demonically with twin bouts of flame behind her climbing up trees behind her, giving her a look of a demoness of fire. "At least it's time for you to be destroyed puny Earth maker as Fire will ALWAYS consume the blessings of your Mother Earth..." Using her connection with her element, she walks and runs between the flames, in order to properly confuse her enemy to her whereabouts, circling him along with her beloved flames. It wouldn't be long before there would be no escape for her wretched enemy, he would be trapped within her beautiful flames and die a painful death. Stopping just outside one of the hotter flames behind her enemy she smiles a demon smile, waiting for those precious 30 seconds or so, before the flames would truly leave the wretched Earth user no escape. He would be forced to be consumed by her "pet" who's sole goal was to eat and grow. "It won't be long now before my pet grows so large that you will be trapped within it's mighty girth, leaving you to be consumed for food...what a delicious way for a Child of Gaia to die..."
