GNAWERS
Pronunciation: ...Gnawers?
Created by: Wandering Minstrel

~No Image, Art Welcome~

Classification: Pernese-native pest animal
Size: 3 - 4 inches in length, not counting tail.
xxx
Hierarchy: For animals/insects.  Do these creatures have the same color hierarchy as firelizards, or are they more uniform like wherries?  Are they pack animals, swim in schools, lone hunters, swarm and migrate like butterflies?
Live in groups with a few more highly-ranked gnawers, though there is no real firm hierarchy. Group living is just convenience, really.
Appearance: At least a good sized paragraph, including color ranges, body type, herbivore/omnivore/carnivore, hunting/feeding style, mating/breeding/pollinating habits, where they live, are they poisonous, coveted for tusks, pelts, flesh or fruit, ect. Be detailed.

--Small
--Chubby
--Have large, round eyes that swirl with emotions
--Short faces
--VERY SHARP BEAKS
--Omnivorous, like to chew up people's furs and furniture (And eat grain supplies, and stored jerky, and...)
--Hairless, have hides that range from gray-brown to a rich, deep mahogany color
--Six limbs, hind limbs almost disproportionately larger, like a kangaroo rat's
--Two sets of forelimbs, three digits on each, rather dexterous
--Looooong tails, can be held out stiff or curled up at the beastie's side
Notes: Anything else you want to add?
