I was thinking more that his impression to green was accidental, rather than his impression as a whole, as in he was standing for a clutch, thinking he'd get a nice blue or similar, doing his best not to let the world know that he's more gay than anything, and along comes this green who decides that he's the perfect rider. And thus his world goes right round the bend from vaguely pleasnt into ugly again.

*smiles* I'll get to work on them right away. Hopefully wont take me too long to get them all fixed up and ready to be shown into the wider world.

Sounds like a perfectly good concept to me! :3 He'd be posted at any Weyr but Fort or High Reaches in order to accidentally Impress, but then as a male greenrider, he would be sent to either of those two.

We'd love to have you <3

  STALKER.

ilu Red <3

I know that Twisting has a blue pair, Rikea and Aetheoth, who escaped from Fort and tried to between to Ista's beaches, but ended up in the Southern Continent and found by a Tribe ride, so I'd say that part would be fine~ Not that I'm staff xD Night'll tell you happy.gif

So, Basically, I've been hanging around this place as a guest for a while now. I've seen the ads around various other weyrs, and Followed (stalked) Charm, Lanni and a couple of other folk over here a time or two when they've mentioned interesting stuff going on, and I've been looking for a good game with a non-standard set up for a while now, ever since my last non-standard weyr died due to the admin's RL taking over, and given I keep finding myself coming back here and looking this place over, I thought I might pitch an idea and see if its something which would be acceptable, since there are parts of it which some folk might find objectionable.

The idea is for an extremely nervous male green rider who has recently escaped from the north, most likely the Prison at Fort, by faking his own death and that of his dragon. He wasn't so much looking for the Tribe as simply stumbled over them by accident while wandering the south (If his concept is accepted, I'd like to play him from that moment, the point where he accidentally encounters a member of the tribe).

He's a journeyman weaver by trade. He made journeyman at sixteen, Due to the fact that he started young and that since he was thirteen he spent almost all his waking hours crafting as a means of escaping an abusive and largely non consensual (At least at first) relationship. he was promoted early partly because he did have the skill and partly because the Master in charge of his group of apprentices saw promoting him and posting him elsewhere as the only way of rescuing him from his abuser. It is around this point that he would impress his one and only pet, a green firelizard.

He would have ended up posted to a weyr, most likely Fort, where he accidentally impressed a green. At which point the cycle of being abused started all over again. He'd have been just out of weyrlinghood, with his dragon having risen a couple of times (Having started early), when he decided to make an escape attempt. With the help of his dragon, he gathers the few things he wants to bring with him and fakes a suicide, feeling to the south, thinking that no matter what terrible things he's heard about the south, anything has to be better than what he's been through.

I also have a vague concept for a candidate character whose likely going to be a trader with healing as a craft, though I don't have much more than that for them, not even a definite gender.
