2. you are allowed to double post
3. No spamming. this includes:
Making posts that fail to contribute to the discussion. (e.g. i hate bulbasaur
in a thread about its moves)
Making nonsensical posts that cannot be read.
Advertising other forums or websites outside of your signature.
Money schemes.
Making staff decisions
4.No annoying signatures. Annoying signatures usually include:
Text that is excessively large/in several different bright font colors.
Cause browsers to scroll horizontally due to the number of characters on a line.
5.No duplicate topics. If there is a duplicate topic, a moderator will post the url to the other one and it will be locked.

Note if the last reply to the first topic is a month old or older this rule does not apply.

6. NEVER insult other members even if say their sprite is terrible. just say how they can improve.
7. Do not harass other members via PM or public post. If someone has been harassing you, then please send a pm to Raster
8. Staff decisions are final. There are to be no ifs, ands, or buts after a staff member makes a decision on something. If you really have a problem with something, speak with an administrator, but remember that the administrator's decision is final.
