April 9th : There is a new word of the week up, this one should be a lot easier to use. Secondly, the plot has begun, find the first post here. And thirdly, the contests are over at the end of today, so get those last minute entries in. I'll be judging them all and announcing winners tomorrow. April 5 : Just for a little stimulation to the point system, I gave everyone that has made an IC post in the past week an extra 20 points! So congratulations to myself, Ayita, Ceres, Rahyven, Saosin, Skarl, and Terralee. Keep that activity up! PLOT IN THE MAKING Look at it, add in your opinon, get involved. Here it is. April 1 : Sorry, I'm not clever enough for a big, site-wide April fool's, you'll just have to do without! Ha. But, there is a new Word of the Week up. It's a doosie. |

 The Points Our Way. Here at Enigma, like some other sites, we have a point system that allows our users to be rewarded for things both in and out of character. Below is a list of the ways you can gain points and the amount you will gain, and similarly, a list of the ways you can spend points. We are always expanding this idea and working on it, so if you have any suggestions for ways to earn or spend points, post in the suggestion form. We'll be glad to hear it. Getting Your Points Counted. When you finish a thread, post a link here and all the applicable points will be counted. If your thread dies before it is finished, you can still post it here and you will get the points for the posts, but not completing the thread. Earning Points. 1 Posting your character's complete profile in The Hall of Records Completeing an In Character post 3 Gaining a sub-rank/specialization 5 Entering a site-sponsored contest Participating in a group hunt (at least 3 wolves) Participating in a festival Suggesting a new festival (only if used) 7 Completing an IC fight with another character Finishing a Thread Having pups (if this is abused, it will go away) 8 Participating in a Pack Meeting Winning an IC fight with another character 10 Winning a site-sponsored contest Participating in a board-wide plot Spending Points. 10 An Avatar or Signature made by a participating artist 25 A table made by a participating artist 30 A common familiar species A complete character set (Av, Sig, Table) made by a participating artist 50 A rare familiar species A personalized pixel icon for your character (Credit to Luna) 100 Site skin will be based on your character (Credit to whatever site I saw this on, let me know if it was yours) 350 Personal den for your character (will be a sub-board) |
