Terms and Conditions of SvetFan Panels

1: Panel runner must be 18 or older.

2: We will have a powerpoint presentation available to download soon. It will contain everything that will be important to get out to prospective members. You are free to add your own music and what not to it, but it has to be clean and run by us first. If you do not have a laptop to take to the panel or powerpoint, we can get the outline to you. If you want to say anything else at the panel (that isn't on the powerpoint) let us know what it is.

3: Before you go emailing a con requesting that you can host a SvetFans panel, run it by me first.

Terms and Conditions of SvetFan Dinners

1: There must be a head planner over age 18 who will take responsibility of everything that takes place during the planning and execution of said dinner.

2: The head planner may have 1-2 helpers to plan the dinner(s) but all decisions will be made by the head planner. Any disputes will be addressed and resolved by the Division Leader.

3: No dinner thread may be started any more than 6 months prior to the convention date. Potential planners may come up with plans for the dinner(s)
prior to posting a thread to have a substantial plan to present their Division Leader (Ex. resaurant choices, date, number of people permitted, activities, etc.) but no discussion is permitted on the forums before said time period. A SvetFan may still contact their division leader to make sure they are eligible to host the event.

4: All dinners are "SvetFans Only" no person may attend that is not a SvetFan or parent of a SvetFan attending. Parents will be seated elsewhere (mostly for their own sake).

5: The attendance of Svetlana Chmakova will NOT be posted on the dinner thread. Svet's schedule at cons is subject to change and she can't guarantee her presence. The head planner of the dinner may email Svet in order to make the dinner's existence known to her but this does not guarantee her attendance.

6: All dinner attendees are responsible for paying for their own meals, there is no budget for these dinners.

7: The cost and location of said dinner must be reasonable and within walking distance. Also, it must take place in a public restaurant or park. Dinners
cannot take place in homes or hotel rooms out of sight of the public eye.

8: During the dinner, please allow Svet to eat her meal in peace, you can get autographs and pictures after she's done.

9: Should the dinner take place in a restaurant, try to keep from running around or shouting. As exciting as it is to be with other fans, remember that other
people are there too trying to enjoy themselves. You can let loose outside.

10: A checklist of the members attending the dinner is to be brought by the planner in order to make sure everyone who is there is suppose to be there. The list before the con is final, no add ons are allowed.

11: The head planner will determine the seating arrangements at the dinner. However, Svet is allowed to sit wherever she wishes to.

12: Should the planner have any questions about the dinner they are planning, they are to address the committee. Do not email Svet or any of the SvetFans mods as this is not their job.
