"Lutz? Luuuutz~? Lutz!"
Riyo Chuchi
Name: Aliya (Iya) Neria
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Species: Pantoran
Affiliation: Independent
Occupation: Lutz Stalker
Iya is very blue and very short, standing only at 5’0”. Her light purple hair is long and straight, and she wears it in a variety of ways from pigtails, buns, or simply down. In her hair she always wears two gold ornaments, as was common for female Pantoran to have if their families could afford it. The gold in the ornaments matched and brought out her large golden-yellow eyes.
She has always been very petite and slender. In either practice or look she was never suited for heavy labor. In direct sunlight Iya burns easily and unevenly. Because of her blue skin, however, she does not turn red but a darker blue. This mixed with the uneven rate at which she burns means that she can appear polka-doted if she is not careful.
The usual air she gives off is like that of a puppy, illogically happy and bouncy, but when she’s focused on something she can actually appear… smart. She does try to seem more durable than she actually is by standing or sitting up straight.
While Iya is not picky at what she puts on so long as it is comfortable, she has come to love flowy clothes. If the skirt or dress flows, or the angel sleeves of a blouse does, she becomes prone to prancing around more often than she might otherwise do. Most of her wardrobes are made up of blues, purples, and golds, but since meeting Lutz those golds are becoming more dominate and more orange.
- Access to Shipping, Storage, & Inventory Records
Because Iya’s parents own a large company and she is trusted, she has access to their records. Through her parent’s spies and her own hacking she also has access to other company’s records, though this doesn’t mean these are the only ways she gets information. Some records aren’t hidden and are out in the open for their company to see.

- Mathematical
Iya is shockingly good at figuring out many equations in her head, but this doesn’t mean all equations. More complicated ones requires something to write on, and once she has one in her head to figure out she’s prone to writing on anything with anything until she figures it out. This has allowed her to pave her way to a position in helping out with her parent’s business.
- Hacker
Iya was introduced to computers at a young age, and has since taken to them extremely well. It started with inputting information parents and ended with her stealing information from other companies to help her parents. She has no problems doing this sort of thing because as far as she’s concerned she’s stealing from a computer that has no feelings, even if a person owns it. The only reaction she sees to her hacking is the positive reinforcement from her parents and their employees, not the upset or pissed off competitors.
Most of her time in hacking was spent hacking into other companies, so her experience outside that is limited, though if they can’t afford decent protection she’s most likely getting in. The more difficult it is the longer it takes her. She has not attempted to hack into anything remotely resembling military files, and her skill does not currently extend that far anyway.
- Light Footed
For a number of reasons Iya is very light footed, and is thus capable of being sneaky. (This is something she begins developing when she meets Lutz, because of her stalking.) Iya is very light and small to begin with, but all her running and bouncing around has ensured that she would step lightly.

Iya has a naïve outlook of the world. She’ll trust anyone unless they repeatable give her reasons not to for a long enough span of time. She unintentionally ignores all hatred and rudeness, so stories about horrible things will bounce right off of her as though she’s being told something from a story because she has a difficult time understand that people will actually hurt other people purposely and regularly.
She has developed multiple ways to handle this when it is directed at her. Most commonly it flies clear over her head. When she does manage to catch on that someone is being mean to her, or when someone tries to outright hurt her, Iya gets highly confused and is always at a loss at how she’s supposed to respond. This leads her to being nice to people being rude and forgiving people who try to hurt her because she doesn’t grasp what else she’s supposed to do about it. Once whatever it was ends Iya promptly forgets about these things, as though it’s too traumatizing to ponder on it.
All of this has lead Iya to be extremely optimistic and cheerful, which adds to her already energetic and lively nature. She always has a smile for everyone and laughs easily. This over friendliness comes off naive and childlike.
She’s has a habit of misinterpreting words, gestures, and tones. If she catches onto the negativity she’ll shrug it off as the person simply being in a bad mood or having a bad day, which leads her to imagining up reasons, sometimes entire scenarios, to explain it away. These reasons or meanings are not always founded on any type of proof or logic.
Despite all these things, Iya has a head for numbers and computers which she developed helping her parents. While she can be easily distracted at times, she is actually capable of focusing on things when presented with math or a computer, or at seemingly random moments. Iya has a surprising memory. Her attention to detail comes and goes. Sometimes she shocks people with her acuteness, while other times she’s oblivious to the most blunt and direct things.
Iya does not have a firm grasp on any sort of morals. What she believes is right are things that don’t appear to hurt or upset people. For this reason she can be highly impressionable if the right person is encouraging her.
Iya was born into wealthy merchant family with the name Aliya, but her full name has steadily been forgotten by the masses as she grew older. It has come to the point where she is so used to her nickname that she forgets that it
is a nickname. The rivals and enemies her parents made while their company grew made them concerned about their daughter, perhaps more so than they should have been, when she was born. Because of this they sheltered her to protect her. Iya never wanted for anything, and would have become considerably spoiled if it weren’t that she just didn’t require much at all to be happy.
As she got older her parents worried that with her oddly excited nature she wouldn’t be interested in the business, but when they began giving her lessons they learned quite differently. Iya was fascinated with math and took to it far more quickly than anyone around her would have ever been willing to bet. As she advanced she took to learning how to do more on computers.
Her computer access was not limited to doing math on it. Her parents wanted her to learn how to work them and read the information stored on them. They couldn’t have dreamed Iya would begin to poke around and progress on them like she did. Putting information onto the computers was boring. It was much more intriguing to figure out how the computers worked or how the programs on it were made. As she learned the languages that came with the computers, she also began learning how on to do things with it. This included breaking into less protected files on her parent’s computers. When those were not longer a challenged she moved onto more protected files.
One of her first attempts at heavily protected files led Iya to setting off an alarm and got her discovered by her parents. At first she had been terrified that she had been doing something wrong, but when they realized what she was doing and learned what she could already do they encouraged her to keep trying. Her parents were not without their own resources and brought in the more shady employees that could help her learn, many of whom she began surpassing. There was always something to captivate her after she learned something. Could she break into other computers? Could she
override other computers?
It was a game to her. The goal of the game was to collect information her parents requested from rivals, and it was Game Over if she was caught. Winning meant she was showered with praise from her parents, and she did so love being helpful to them.
Her personality was not lost on her parents, and as she grew older they began worrying about how little she understood of the world. They began sending her out on her own to oversee shipments or transportation hoping she would gain more worldly experience. They did not realize how stuck in her frame of mind she was until it was already too late, but that did not keep them from trying to get her to understand more about the world.
What they failed to realize that if they really wanted to shatter her naïve outlook on the world that it would take something drastic, so when something drastic did finally happen they were left completely unaware as it changed Iya’s world in a way they might never be able to correct if they found out about it.
Lutz entered her world…
