THE CANON LIST

Want to create a character, but don’t have one in mind? Sometimes
it’s all sorts of fun to fill a canon character and help the site plot along.
If you’re interested in one of our canons, please fill out the code at
the bottom of the thread, hit “reply” and paste your reservation IN CODE.
Keep in mind that the canons can be changed a little; they’re there for
ideas, and aren’t set in stone. Talk to an admin if you’d like to make
some changes.

First and Middle names, along with Playbys, are up to the person who
takes the character on.

	FIRST CLASS
	AKINS, first middle [18] [ Play By] [English] & married to ----- AKINS (25). from a wealthy english family. grew up away from London because her parents did not want her corrupted. is incredibly naive. & is totally oblivious that her husband married her for her money. going to america on her honeymoon trip. wants to start a charity for orphans when she returns to England.
	AKINS, first middle [25] [ Play By] [English] & married to ----- AKINS (18). from a middle class family. his family is very ambitious, and by extension, so is he. sometimes manipulative, stubborn & really only married his wife for her money and ranking. going to america on his honeymoon trip. doesn’t take his wife seriously.
	BAKER, first middle [25] [ Play By] [English] & engaged to ----- CARTER (22). from an upper class family. old money family, lives a very sophisticated lifestyle. hardworking, but feels entitled. intelligent. & is aware that his fiancée’s sister is in love with him. flirts with the girl when his fiancée isn’t around, wouldn’t actually let anything come of it.
	CARTER, lisa jean [22] [ Katie McGrath] [French] & engaged to ----- BAKER (25). from an upper class family. went to an all girls boarding school in England, which is how she met BAKER. adores him. & loves her sister. doesn’t know her sister is in love with her fiancée. would be heartbroken if she knew BAKER flirts with her sister. thinks she’s being nice, bringing sister along.
	CARTER, first middle [19] [ Play By] [French] & currently single. absolutely in love with her older sister’s fiancé, BAKER. she loves her sister, and feels bad about flirting with her soon to be brother-in-law. & pretty, a flirt, but a good hearted young woman. spoiled. intelligent, glad to be going to America with her sister and sister’s fiancé.
	MASON, first middle [21] [ Play By] [English] & married, but running away from her husband. two months pregnant. was forced to marry a man that was abusive, and no one would take her seriously. travelling under assumed name & afraid of many things, but faces it anyway. a good actress. because her pregnancy isn’t showing yet, she’s pretending she’s just a young single woman.
	RUSSELL, first middle [AGE] [ Play By] [NATIONALITY] & sister of ----- RUSSELL (25). travelling with brother and parents. excited to be going to America, but it’s only a short vacation – she’ll be returning to get married. & engaged to a boring man back home that she doesn’t care for much. carries silly notions of finding love on board the Titanic and running away from her engagement.
	RUSSELL, first middle [17] [ Play By] [French] & brother of ----- RUSSEL (17). travelling with sister and parents. thinks that going to America is a waste of his time, doesn’t really want to go but will go where his parents request. & very protective of his younger sister. glad that she’s already arranged to be married, even if her betrothed isn’t the sort he would have anything to do with

	SECOND CLASS
	ALLEN, first middle [22] [ Play By] [English] & travelling with ----- COOPER (17) and ----- YOUNG (26). has been the maid of ----- COOPER (17) since the young woman was a young child. & she does not approve of COOPER’s flirting with YOUNG. she does not like, or trust, YOUNG. she is determined to thwart any potential romance
	BURKE, first middle [18] [ Play By] [English] & employee of ----- TURNER (31). the nanny of ----- TURNER (10) and her little brother. she’s still learning to be a nanny and is afraid she’ll mess up. & doesn’t understand why TURNER (10) hates her, but at least the little one likes her. is attracted to TURNER (31) though could never admit it.
	COOPER, first middle [17] [ Play By] [English] & travelling with ----- YOUNG (26) who is her father’s business associate. YOUNG (26) is taking her to her grandmother in Boston. she doesn’t want to go.. & flighty, flirty, but genuinely sweet. She is in love with YOUNG and is trying to win his heart. A firm believer in fairy tales and happy endings
	LEROCHE, first middle [23] [ Play By] [French] & travelling with ----- WEBB (16). is WEBB (16)’s older brother. feels responsible for her and for her well being. their parents died just over a year earlier & he’s taking her to an elite American boarding school because she’s gotten herself into trouble in France
	LEROCHE, first middle [16] [ Play By] [French] & travelling with ----- WEBB (23). is WEB (23)’s younger sister. is being taken to America to go to boarding school where she can’t cause any further trouble & likes parties and spending money. went to her brother in tears because she thought she was pregnant. however, she was not. so she’s being sent away “for her own good”.
	ROGERS, first middle [21] [ Play By] [French] & travelling on his own. running away from the law; he committed a series of crimes which he’s hiding well. he’s travelling under an assumed name and is paranoid & he grew up in a large, good, family, and even he doesn’t know when or where he “went bad”. wants to forget and start a new life in America
	TURNER, first middle [31] [ Play By] [English] & father of ----- TURNER (10), and a young son who’s only four years old lost his wife to illness only seven months earlier and is still grieving & was always a doting father, but finds he now has trouble connecting with his daughter who looks too much like her deceased mother
	TURNER, first middle [10] [ Play By] [English] & daughter of ----- TURNER (31) and older sister to a little four year old boy lost her mother only seven months ago, and still cries (secretly) for her. & adores her younger brother, and feels the pressure to play mother dislikes her new nanny and wants to find a way to get her fired.
	YOUNG, first middle [26] [ Play By] [English] & travelling with ----- COOPER (17). he is her father’s business associate and has been entrusted with the care of COOPER because her father cannot take her. & he is aware of COOPER’s intentions and doesn’t know what to do. he likes her but has already been told that if anything happens between them he’ll lose his job

	THIRD CLASS
	BRADY, first middle [18] [ Play By] [Irish] & travelling alone. stole his ticket from a drunk who thought he’d be smart and mouthy. they’d gotten into a street fight outside a pub.. & looking forward to seeing the great ‘land of opportunity’ for himself. has no idea what he’s going to do when in America but has high hopes
	CASEY, first middle [22] [ Play By] [Irish] & engaged to ----- THOMPSON (28). is three months pregnant with his child. has not yet told him that she’s pregnant. wants to wait until they’re in America & happy and oblivious to his wandering eye. is a sweet, but possessive young woman who would not take well to being crossed
	MCKENNA, first middle [21] [ Play By] [Irish] & travelling with ----- QUINN (23). they’ve run away together. they’re both travelling under his name, pretending to be married & they don’t actually want to be married. her parents were completely against her being with him, so she felt this was the only way to be happy
	MULLEN, first middle [26] [ Play By] [Irish] & guardian of the SINCLAIRE (16) twins. doesn’t care much for either of them, though she likes the girl more than the boy. she was a family friend & taking them to their aunt and uncle in New York. will return to Ireland. falls for ----- THOMPSON (28).
	QUINN, first middle [23] [ Play By] [Irish] & travelling with ----- MCKENNA (21). they’ve run away together and are both travelling under his name, pretending to be married & in actuality, neither of them wish to be married, but they do want to be together and see this as the only way to do so.
	SINCLAIRE, first middle [16] [ Play By] [Irish] & twin brother of ----- SINCLAIRE (16). travelling with his sister and their guardian, MULLEN (26). doesn’t care much for their guardian. & guardian is bringing them to their aunt and uncle in New York because they just recently lost their parents
	SINCLAIRE, first middle [16] [ Play By] [Irish] & twin sister of ----- SINCLAIRE (16). travelling with her brother and their guardian, MULLEN (26). likes their guardian, quite unlike her brother & going to New York with guardian and brother to live with aunt and uncle. recently lost parents. has a hard time getting along with others her age
	THOMPSON, first middle [28] [ Play By] [Irish] & falls for ----- MULLEN (26). engaged to ----- CASEY (22). has never cared for faithfulness and while he liked CASEY for a while, he’s lost interest & is a great deal of fun, loves to laugh, loves to cause trouble. has been accused of being incredibly childish but that doesn’t bother him.
	WALSH, first middle [19] [ Play By] [English] & falls in love with (female) ----- SINCLAIRE (16) but completely hates her twin brother. travelling to escape his large, suffocating family in england & has a kid back home, but he doesn’t like to talk about that. his parents are raising the little girl, and WALSH has been told to pretend it’s his sister

	SHIP CREW
	HARVEY, first middle [22] [ Play By] [English] & married to ----- HARVEY (26) and has been married for five years. she adores her husband but fears being a mother one day & she’s naturally quite the flirt and is working as a stewardess. she is roomed in a different area of the ship than her husband
	HARVEY, first middle [26] [ Play By] [English] & married to ----- HARVEY (23) and they’ve been married for five years. in love with his wife, and takes care of her the best he can & doesn’t like that she works. her flirty nature bothers him and he’s afraid she’ll cheat on him. he is one of the first class cooks.
	PATEL, first middle [23] [ Play By] [French] & engaged to a pretty young woman back home, though he’s not sure that marrying her is the right thing to do. he’s working to save money & he likes a good time, doesn’t like the responsibility of working or the stress of being at the beck and call of snooty passengers. first class steward
	WOULFF, first middle [19] [ Play By] [Irish] & brother of ----- WOULFF (22). agreed to accompany his sister to the States so she could pursue her dreams. very protective & he secretly doesn’t think she’s going to succeed, but their family would not support her, so he felt he had to. second class steward
	WOULFF, mary eleanor [22] [ Emmy Rossum] [Irish] & sister of ----- WOULFF (19). she’s always wanted to go to America and become rich and famous. her little brother agreed to tag along & the only way she and her brother could afford the trip was to work it. working as a second class stewardess

RESERVATIONS

Reservations last for five days. At the end of five days, you must have an application posted.
You may only reserve one character at a time. Once you’ve applied and been accepted for a character you may post a second reservation, and so on.
If someone has already reserved a character, you are not permitted to post an application for the character until the reservation runs out.
Reserving a character is recommended, not required. Note that if you do not reserve, and two people post applications for the same character, the best one will be chosen.
When reserving a character, you must post in code. Remove the * from the code.
