Welcome to Stars Over the Atlantic, a Play-By-Post RPG centering around the extraordinary history of the Titanic. We are a Mature , advanced/intermediate site. We do have a general post length requirement, but not a word count. (Two Paragraphs, where possible)

BURKE, sian CLASS;; Third class, currently serving as a crewman for White Star Line and on the Titanic. AGE;; PB REQUEST;; Any. Someone Irish looking, preferably. PERSONALITY;; He’s charismatic, personable, ambitious and can be quite manipulative and mean. Which isn’t to say he’s a bad guy, those are just the traits that Kayleigh’s noticed. He can be sweet, when he wants to be, but he’s also pretty immature. FAMILY;; FRIENDS/PEOPLE OF IMPORTANCE;; HISTORY;; Childhood, early life up to you. In early 1911 he meets Kayleigh O’Riley and they have a several month long romance in which he’s altogether kind to her, although he probably had ulterior motives. He did persuade her to sleep with him. Her brother found out about it, caused her to lose her job, and she went to Sian for comfort. Two days later he declared he was heading off to America and would come back for her when he’d established himself. She had no choice but believe him/trust him, but he never wrote to her or came back for her. By late 1911/early 1912, she knew it was over. She’s still hurting. Motivations, goals, etc, those are up to you. I would like him to be travelling on the Titanic now as crew. Perhaps he went to Ireland to find her, and couldn’t. She and her brother are in London for the end of March/Beginning of April now and have sold their house. OTHER INFO;; Kayleigh is incredibly angry with him. Her other plots have fallen through, so pretty much anything is up for plotting. REQUESTED BY;;
