got average of 40 fps no matter of the map or anything
sometimes less and even not possible to play....

just reinstalled rtcw + pb so the main folder contains only whats needed
tried cvar_restart and all default, nothing works

any help appreciated

p.s. im running games on better fps requiring in times better parameters than rtcw rolf this is some joke

Wolfy, if you have an ATI card ask Fie for help...or add this line to autoexec, make it last line to load.....

That was a cut/copy/paste from my autoecec.cfg....Fiets is the man.

On ATI family 6xxx, that will give you a 125 steady fps on any 1.0/1.3 (sometimes on H4s I get 333 fps but noobs don't know much about hitboxes and such stuff) server...if you have an Nvidia card, contact wolfgirl. We've been solving her problem for some times, and it is all software (Nvidia console) clicks.

Nvidia solution is all over the internet but I forgot the links as I have an ATI 6xxx card.

I guess that will work with any ATI chipset, even 5xxx or 4xxx or a cross-fired combo...as for Nvidia chipsets? I can't really help.

Can't manage to get to the nvidia control panel. Somehow its gone 0o

Perhaps reinstall the newest nvidea driver, it might fix it

Just updated the drivers and now is fine back to 125 stable.
