Appearance: Many helicopter Transformers seem to share the same sort of 'layout' for how they're designed, and Fallout is one of them. However, her build is a bit less bulky and more feminine. The main body of her vehicle mode makes up most of her torso, which has just a bit of a curve to it and much less bulk. But like all the Decepticons and Autobots, a decent amount of her circuits seem to be revealed when she's in her robot mode.

The nose of her Black Hawk mode splits apart to form the armor around her neck and shoulders, and all the plating from there back forms the rest of her body. Once at the tail, that splits, along with some of the plating a bit before it, to form her feet.

Fallout's main rotors split and fall into place at both her shoulders, creating some fairly effective blades for close combat, as well as her tail rotors which drift to her waist. A machine gun falls into place on both her arms, and a cannon lies hiding on her left. Her Decepticon logo lies on her neck.

Personality: Fallout always carries out her missions in complete silence. Never one to give her opinion on a situation, some Decepticons have begun to think she doesn't even have a voice box. Though she in fact does, she actually just hasn't used it in...a few million years. Fallout finds that among the Decepticons, her opinion wouldn't matter anyway, so why bother?

Even during battle, she'd refuse to reply to anyone, even refusing to share some 'friendly' banter with whoever her Autobot target for the moment is.
However, it seems there's one single Decepticon that she speaks to, and that would be Blackout. No one knows the reason for this. Perhaps it's because she just respects him, or perhaps it's because she idolizes him.

But wouldn't she have shared the same respect for their leader Megatron? No one seems to be sure. Though she does respect the rest of the Decepticons, she doesn't entirely like them, so maybe she does in fact idolize Blackout. But she'll never tell.
History: On Cybertron, Fallout wasn't entirely well known for quite some time. Although she had been offered the chance to join the Autobots in the past, she found Megatron's cause more...likely to succeed. Plus, if it indeed worked, she didn't want to be caught up in Megatron's rule of Cybertron as an enemy.

Of course a few Decepticons knew of her, but they were also some of the lesser known ones. Silently she fought alongside the Decepticons for their cause, never saying a single word of protest, or agreement for anything. She simply did what she was told and slowly rose up the rankings until her name was known. Finally, Fallout began to gain her own reputation, which was what she wanted all along. She was known for being the quietest, and the most likely to follow orders without even a sign of hesitation.

All of this was true of course, and once Megatron's location was found after his disappearance, allowed her the chance of a lifetime to tag along with some of the more well known bots. To add to the excitement of this new...adventure, it seemed Blackout was being sent along to find their leader as well. Jumping at the chance to finally work alongside the Decepticon she idolized so much, she joined the search. Besides, she was getting rather sick of Starscream's leadership, and was willing to help in any way to get their true leader back.
