The Allspark has been destroyed, but it's power has not been. Instead, the power rooted itself into everyday people, causing them to be able to turn normal electronics into robots. These "power hosts" are now being tracked down by the Autobots and Decepticons. The Autobots wish to protect them, but the Decepticons wish to use them to make the army Megatron wanted. Sector 7 has returned as well, and they've learned to the power hosts and are determined to capture them, along with Autobots and Decepticons, and study them.

The track was empty, as empty as it was ever going to get at this day and hour. The work week and nine at night darkness made the place he used to go to, to relax, by far one of the most boring places at the time. With only the stagglers without lives besides their cars aimlessly making circles around a track. Another left turn! By far one of the most boring sorts of tracks but a track none the less at the time. One he couldn't partake even running around, if he could.

No, not even Vincent could enjoy himself on the nearly empty track. If a 40 year old could ever be bored, it was infact now that he was. All because of a stupid turn of a stupid driver in a stupid race that left his car in the shop...for a week. Though who knew a week could feel like forever and it was only day two. He couldn't stand watching the car's jsut go around and around again and not being able to do it himself. And now it was only tearing him apart from the inside out.

"arlgiht, I've had enough of this then," he muttered, bored dull deep voice after maybe watching a blue lexus once more go for another lap. How much gas milage did that stupid thing have anyway. Pushing hismelf up from the hard bench of nosebleed spectators section he started down the stairs half running half tripping for a bulky guy like himself.
