Something you have to do when you surf this Website.
1) You have to Set up: View>Character encoding>Unicode UTF-8 (I use Windows XP Pro and Web browser Mozilla FireFox). If you use Internet Explorer, you have to set up View>Encoding>Unicode UTF-8. After that, the Vietnamese character/script can be displayed properly, without any distortions. With Windows Vista, Windows 7 (and after that) the Setup process may be different.
2) When you are surfing this Website, the Vietnamese characters are suddently so distorted that you can not read, please check if you are still in Unicode UTF-8.
