The Waterfall

Take a few slow deep breaths to relax and calm yourself then put the white bubble of light in place for protection which should completely enclose you.

When you are ready, visualise being stood under an extremely gentle and warm shower of crystal clear water, you can visualise a gentle waterfall, a shower of rain or even your home shower for this meditation.
As it pours over you like very soft rainfall there is no noise, you feel extremely comfortable and very relaxed, stay with this feeling for a while, the water will settle around your feet.
Know the water is there around your feet even if you can't see or feel it.
When you feel ready, visualise the water stopping and for it to begin to slowly run off you and joining the pool at your feet, and as it slowly drains away from around your feet, ask it to take away any negativity or pain as it goes.
Is the water a different colour now? How do you feel? Are there any words or thoughts in your mind? Finally allow the bubble of light to dissipate and run away as the water did.
Do something practical to ground yourself.
