[1] Stank Lovve defeated Terrell Taylor at Mayhem to become the 1st PCW World Champion.

[2] Sean O'Brien was stripped of the title after being injured by Rick O'Shay and Yakuza.

[3] Title vacated due to Matt Margera's firing.

[4] The Williams defeated The Sports Nutz, Kobra's Law, and The Rutherfords in a TLC match at Retribution to become the 1st PCW Tag Team Champions.

[5] Under review of their contract, it was discovered they had a "FreeBird Rule" meaning any members could defend the titles and have to be labeled as group champions.

[6] Defeated Yakuza at Mayhem II to become first Rage Champion.
