Rules To Join

1. You MUST have your display name as your characters first middle and last name, in lower case.
-This means that your display name will be like christopher domenic iannetta, not chris or Chris Iannetta.
-There are acceptions to people without middle names, just inform a mod/admin.

2. Please use description in your application. It doesn't need to be an essay, but it should be something that gives a good feeling on your character.

3. Please stay active! The key to having a good board is keeping it active. If you're not on for two weeks and you haven't told an admin that you'll be gone, then you will be deleted and your character will be up for claim. I know it doesn't seem fair now, but it is fair!

4. WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING ORIGINALS AND/OR CANONS!

5. There is NO nagging people to post WHAT SO EVER. It gets really annoying when people ask you to post every five minutes. If someone is nagging you through PMs, Email, AIM/MSN/Yahoo/Myspace, or in the C-Box tell an admin RIGHT AWAY.
-After one week you may ask them to post ONCE a week.
--You get 2 warnings about nagging, after that you will be banned.

6. No asking people to post for you in the CBox at all. It spams up the Cbox. You can ask ONE TIME if anyone wants to RP with you, if no one replies, try PMing people. That helps.

7. For every 2 female characters one person creates, they must have a boy. We don't want a site with thirty girls, and two boys. It doesn't make for much fun.
-We also will not be accepting many homosexuals or bisexuals for a while. It's not because we are discriminatory against them, it's just that with a lack of boys it's hard when the only boys like each other.

8. You may have one character until you have at least 30 posts on your first account that are NOT from sign ups or games. If you have proved to us that you can handle two characters before you have 30 posts, you may be able to have another character. It is different for each person.

RULES FOR POSTING

1. No godmodding. This means that you cannot control someone elses character. You control your own actions in real life, no one can make you do anything, so on this site you can't control anyone elses actions.
Bad Example: Gary pushed Susan into the ground, causing her to burst into tears.

2. This site is Rated R. And frankly, this RP takes place at a boarding school. There are gonna be things like sex, drugs, and alcohol use. If you can't handle it, don't come here. Please just mark your threads with an R or an M if you're gonna have dirty hot hate sex or something.

3. No entering other people's threads without permission from everyone in that thread. So if someone is RPing about your girlfriend cheating on you, you cant go in an interrupt without both people saying it is OK. This means NO INTERRUPTING WHATSOEVER. If someone comes into your thread, PM an admin and they'll straighten it out.

4. No one liner posts. I understand that it's somewhat hard to get a muse or inspiration sometimes, but a 7 sentence paragraph is the BARE MINIMUM for each post.
--No power trips with the posts. If you post a ten paragraph long post, and the person after you only posts three paragraphs, don't get pissed. Not everyone is as skilled as you. Also, don't go overboard with trying to outdo someone.

5. Pregnancy is allowed in some cases. I don't want there to be a baby boom here. After we have a few kids, I'm thinking that maybe it's not so hot to have a lot. Also the kids have to be cared for, they can't always be at a babysitter.
-To get a child, you MUST PM a mod. We will say yes or no. Not everyone can have a child, don't get mad if we say no. We want suitable parents for the "babies".

6. In posting, you may change the FONT, SIZE, and COLOR of your text. However, you may not have GLOWING text or SUB or SUP text. It's far too hard to read.

RULES FOR GRAPHICS


1. You must have an avatar and signature with a picture of your character so we can get an idea of who we are RPing with. Nothing graphic. NOTHING. No naked people or bloody pictures. That's just disgusting.

-Your character does not have to be a celebrity, model, or anything like that. If you want to use a picture of you, a myspace/vampirefreaks/etc. person, or even one of your friends, go ahead! But please have it be a human. There are people willing to make banners, so if you're not using a celebrity don't forget to request a banner & av so we know who we're RPing with and we don't have to guess!

2. Your avatar should be 100x100 pixels and of your character. If you don't have a 100x100 avatar, PM an admin because one of us will attempt to help you out. If you can't find pictures of your character, we are more than willing to help you get pictures!

3. Your signature cannot be more than 500x200 pixels, or else it will stretch out the board.

4. You may not have more than seven lines of text in your signature.

5. If you have Icons as your signature, you may have no more than four icons a line, no more than 2 lines of icons.
