To answer the first question, nope - if a creature possessing ability passes between Above and Below, then they don't lose their powers. ^^

And another no again for the other question, hehe. While it is more likely that magical creatures would have started out Below, it doesn't mean that they always will.

  Makes perfect sense. Thanks!

EDIT: One more simple question. Perhaps I'm assuming this from what I'm reading, but if a magical creature or a creature possessing magical abilities passes from London Below to London Above (or vice versa), do they cease to be magical or have magical abilities?

And what about where creatures are allowed to start? Do all magical and non-magical creatures have to start in London Below?

Thanks again!

Short simple answer would be no.

Its more a matter of the fact that they are extremely unlikely to do that - they're aspects of natural forces of nature, its not exactly a job shared around with people, and they tend to take their responsibilities seriously - most of the time.

That said, it would be rather redundant, since one doesn't need to have power bestowed on them in order to create despair, or be desirable, or be the cause of deaths, and so on. The responsibility of each aspect belongs to each Endless alone, though. ^^

  Quick question.

I had an idea about the Endless. Are they allowed to have cronies? Like bestowing a small fraction of their powers upon mortals to help the Endless out and whatnot?
