I (Crk524) recently redeemed a $25 NC Card on this side account, Vierot. However, when I went to purchase items with it, when I entered in my password, and alert popped up informing me that my password was incorrect. I have been having similar problems attempting to update the information of my user lookup on this account and another of my sides (Whisperingdunes) which has the same password, though I do not have trouble accessing my accounts with it. I have tried typing in the password multiple times on each account to insure I did not enter it in incorrectly, as have I tried logging in and out of the accounts multiple times in order to attempt it again (as advised in another support ticket I sent in a few weeks ago). I would be most grateful for a solution to this problem, so that I can get my hands on the newest MME!

I checked my inventory, closet, and safety deposit box, and did not see any new NC Mall items, and my NC has not gone down from my total count (2,650), though I have the items I received from redeeming the gift card. (Fyora Wing Shower, bobbling Ornament Headband, and 5 Basic Git Boxes,as well as a Sparkling Waterfall Background and Tiki Lamp from previous Mall purchases). I tried purchasing the items again as well. I could provide screenshots, if needed, but I honestly think something is wrong with both this account and Whisperingdunes.
I've bought NC items and changed my lookup on them both successfully before, but then took a long hiatus (of over a year) during which I lost their shared password (******). I accessed them again only recently by finally managing to guess it, and since then have not been able to change their information or buy mall items. During the time I couldn't access them, I sent in multiple password recovery requests through the login page, but the email for one of the accounts I can no longer access and the other I accidentally blocked mails from Neopets.com.
I'm sorry if this is all just useless information, but at this point I'm rather perplexed and wondering if it's something I've done?

I guess all that "A programmer has been assigned to your ticket" stuff is mostly for show
I just hate it when I spend my money on this site and... ugh. I hope I don't get all Neohome items when the NC expires a year from now

I just submit another ticket and hope for a different staff member when stuff like that happens... hopefully you can get another staff member who actually understands your problem!

I kept being annoying until they sent the items through c:
But now I can't get on to either of the accounts ;-; I have no idea what to do, it's just them two, and I have no idea how someone could have gotten their information when I barely go on them in the first place
How could someone have changed the password when I haven't been able to for the past few months? Is TNT fixing my accounts, or is someone on them? Nothing seems to have changed, I still have all my pets and such.
