Sarah's Away Thread, affecting Alaric, Hope and Analise

Hey guys,

I'm a university kid now. Woooooo. (not really.) So from here on out, you'll be catching me at weird times. The good news is that uni kids get four months off for summer though? Anywho, this is my updated version of my away notice since high school ended. Here you go. :3

Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my main posting days because I only have one class, but I'll still be at school all day, so I tend to sit in the reading room/study hall and type away obnoxiously loudly - and for some reason, posting at home is next to impossible. Prolly 'cause I lay in bed and just wanna sleep. Whereas at school, it's a great environment for writing, so yeah. Here's to productivity.

Saturdays and Sundays will be my main homework days. (Weird kid right here, I know.) So far I've just got a lot of readings to do, but I know later I'll be getting essays, and then shit will get real and no one will catch me on messenger ever because otherwise I'll never get any work done. Also, it's most likely I won't be on much at all on Saturdays in particular because my Anthropology prof is making us go to the market every weekend. Because that's important. Somehow. sigh. But then again, I usually work every single Sunday too, so... yeah. Weekends, I'll be scarce.

As far as whenever I go to work I'm giving myself an hour before to get ready and an hour afterwards to relax. This schedule's starting Sunday ending Saturday because that's how I know my shifts from work. I'll have zero activity before I head out to school and I get home at around 6:30pm every day after school.



OH. And I will be online per say while at school pretty much all times. They have WiFi! Howeverrrr, I'll be in class most of the time, so I'll be laggish on any responses on messengers, if not not responding at all. Sorry in advance! It's just, my Anthro prof especially is strict with this stuff.

Any long term absences will be edited in here as well and I'll just bump the thread to let the admins know - or just bug Lian. :3

-write out choir schedule (extra practices, concerts,) hand em in to the boss lady at work.

Just a quick head's up! From February 20th to February 27th I will be taking the week off to work on scholarships, applying for universities and getting a head start on a couple of massive school projects.

Last term I had a very easy school week - Family Living, Photography, Sociology and then I went and taught at the middle school all afternoon and that was it. This term its a different story, with Environmental Science, Journalism, French Immersion Language Arts, Media Studies and French Immersion World Issues. These courses aren't exactly super intense or particularly difficult either but a lot of time is required for the various assignments so I can't really afford to slack off. I'm trying to finish my high school career as strongly as I began this year. (: So overall my activity on NI will be lessening at least a little, but this one week is hopefully gonna put me a bunch of steps forward in the school game. Then I'll be back to regular posting :3

Threads that involve major site wide plots such as Trusting Til the End will hopefully be done with Alaric at that point, however, I don't want to have other important threads screeching to a halt either. Any threads that need wrapping up for time line reasons, or threads that are very important to a character's over all plot, will still get posts from me. I'll also be trying to get on a better sleeping schedule that week (3-4 hrs max isn't good for meee) so I definitely won't be on msn as much as I used to once that week's over with.

I wasn't going to but I figured I really should, since I keep feeling bad whenever I think of my not-being-on-msn-minus-explanation.

I've actually given up wasting time on the internet for Lent as well, and have had this planned since September, when I realized NI would certainly own my soul and aid in avoiding reality checks. :3 I also gave up tumblr, the horrorrr.

Even if this hadn't been planned, I'm sooo stupidly busy these days, I wouldn't be on msn purely for concentration reasons, or because I'm sleeping. Because I really am trying to sleep more during the week days. I can't keep hibernating on weekends. xD

Anyways. Yeah. So I'll be back on msn and whatnot after Lent. ^^

And, as a preemptive - I'm hiding myself, Alaric and Hope thanks to something clever Analise would have thought of. LIAN, YOU WILL NEVER FIND ME. VIVA LA SARAH.

Hey guys, just a head's up!

I will be gone from April 5th (a Thursday) to April the 7th (a Saturday.)

I'll be over in my birthplace out in Nova-Scotia, 'cause my brother's got a bowling tournament. Also, my birthday falls on Easter this year, which is why my dad's dragging me along. I'll be an adult so it's a biggie - don't count on me maturing at all though, heheh. :3 And I'll be legal in Quebec!

July 12-16: Bouctouche (internet while dad's @ work & evening)
14-26: Grand Manan (probably no internet)

August 3-6: Bouctouche
10-12: New River Beach (camping, 0% internet access)

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, September 1st, I'll be starting university. So this isn't an absence notice, but there'll be a drastic change in how often I'm online, though hopefully not posting activity.

Bumping to let you guys know my updated schedule and how things are panning out. (see first post)

Sooo it's midterm season and I have a ton of papers due all at once very soon and the most I'm gonna promise for this weekend is to get posts in for wrapping up a major plot for the TVD canon as well as a couple of one shots to at least get midway in another major plot point that will affect the Being Human canon as well as TVD's canon. For the longest time I put RP before school because I was able to juggle it, but it doesn't seem to be the case in university and I'm essentially drowning in schoolwork, actual work, as well as some personal issues that will probably get sorted out tomorrow - I'm going to go in to finally get this concussion checked out, though idk if they'll be able to do much for me.

Anyway, I apologize for making people wait so much - university's a huge shift and I'm already way too behind on basically everything thanks to not being able to juggle RP and schoolwork, but I should be back to my regular schedule soon, I hope.
