MEANING LOST IN TRANSLATION

WHO? : Sol, and nothing else. No other cutesy nicknames, or clever spins off of her given name. Just Sol.

WHAT? : Owner of a small tea shop in Manhattan.

BUT HOW WOULD I KNOW?

PICTURE PERFECT : Sol isn't the sort of person who values appearances overmuch. That's not to say that she doesn't put any effort into how she looks, or that she's a total slob. What she thinks is that a person's appearance only gives one a shallow indication of what that person is like, so she prefers to keep her look simple. Fussing over what she looks like isn't productive for her, so she doesn't bother with it. Sol dresses rather plainly, going for basic color combinations and basic styles of clothing. Nothing she wears is "high fashion" or "edgy". While being plain, her style of dress is also professional. She owns more pairs of black pants than she can count, and is rather fond of button down shirts. Most of her shoes are flats, or have a heel that's not too high. Sol is practical in that way, she knows that she can't walk around all day in stilettos, so she doesn't see much point in owning a pair of them. Unsurprisingly, Sol isn't big on make-up, or fancy hair styles. On most days, she'll go sans everything but some lip gloss or light eye shadow. As far as her hair goes, she keeps it in its natural, curly state, never straightening it. While at work in the tea shop, Sol keeps it in an up-do, with some locks of her hair framing her face. Outside of work, her hair is either down completely, or some of it is pinned back, to keep it out of her eyes. Sol is athletic, and as a result, her body is in good condition. She has good posture, and a commanding presence that she's developed over the years. Overall, she presents herself as a professional, practical woman.
