Characters(s) these songs are for (and why - a short explanation is fine): The first is from the second season of Buffy, as she's leaving town, and I just loooooove it!! So touching... and it could probably fit for a lot of other characters on here The second one, I listened to today as I walked home, and I immediately thought of all of Damon's past lovers, and what I would imagine their feelings would be towards him XD!! So I thought I'd throw it out here. Songs and Artists: 1) Full of Grace - Sarah Mclachlan 2) Poison - Groove Coverage or Alice Cooper. Personally I perfer the Groove Coverage cover, but I could live with the Alice Cooper one. haha

Alright we have a new music player *points to welcome table* But unfortunately with mixpod, music is even scarcer to find without copywrite stuffs getting in the way. Most of the songs I couldn't make work. So if its not up there, that's why.
Characters(s) these songs are for (and why - a short explanation is fine): Bamfy sent me Shattered! "All this time spent in vain; wasted years, wasted gain. All is lost, hope remains - and this war's not over." As for This Is War I doubt an explanation is needed! ;D "A warning to the people, the good and the evil: this is war. To the soldier, civillian, the martyr, the victim: this is war." I think Shattered applies more specifically to anyone who's suffered a loss, whereas This Is War applies to anyone involved in the supernatural war... which is everyone.
Songs and Artists: 1) Shattered - Trading Yesterday 2) This Is War - 30 Seconds to Mars
Characters: These songs are for Mikael and he's an interesting character, but his musical scores were so very brief. I chose one of those and Assassin, one of the few songs by Muse that I can stand, I also think that it's a perfect fit.: Songs and Artists: 1)TVD OST- The Salvators meet Mikael(Or whatever it's called)-Michael Suby 2)Assassin-Muse

Killian: These are songs that I use to define the character of Killian. Killian is self-absorbed enough to think he's the king of the world (1), and he's really kind of lost all sense of humanity over the years after everything he's been through (2). Songs and Artists: 1) King of My World - Saliva 2) The Coldest Heart - The Classic Crime
Bonnie: I have never heard a song as associated with witchyness like How Soon Is Now?, and it is the basis of all things Bonnie for me on the board (1). A Beautiful Lie is a great song, very mystic in my eyes, and it kinda describes the idea of Bonnie's hope that normality will return again in the future (2). Songs and Artists: 1) How Soon Is Now? - Love Spit Love 2) A Beautiful Lie - 30 Seconds To Mars
Robin: Night of the Hunter is Robin Wood. There's no better song to describe him and his path over the years (1). I don't know if The Outsider is really representative of Robin at all, but I just think it needs to be on the music player (2). Songs and Artists: 1) Night of the Hunter - 30 Seconds To Mars 2) The Outsider (Apocalypse Mix) - A Perfect Circle
I read the title of this thread as saying "bow down and worship the music player." LOL, anyway...
Characters(s) these songs are for (and why - a short explanation is fine): Spike - The first song is originally by the Sex Pistols so it's the type of music he listens to, and the cover just has a harder sound which I personally find more listenable. Plus, Spike is anarchy! For the second one I wanted something sung by James Marsters and Rest In Peace is so overdone, lol. I can see him singing this to Buffy or any woman he's infatuated with. Songs and Artists: 1) "Anarchy in the UK" by Motley Crue 2) "Blocking Brainwaves" by Ghost of the Robot

For Emery: These are songs that generally inspired me about the character as I was writing him out. Sort of helped spark the idea of his existence.
1. Don't Drink The Water - Justin Cross 2. Dogs of War - Pink Floyd 3. Don't Drink The Water - Dave Matthews Band (and it didn't even cross my mind the two songs had the same title until a while later. yep. they both just fit.)
For Everleigh: Stand Back Up by Sugarland: Everleigh's been through a lot and she's a strong kid. When I'm writing something like that for her, I think of this song. The lyrics are so perfect!
There You Go Again by Kellie Coffey: Everleigh wouldn't want anyone to know this about her but she's been moved and shuffled so much that she kind of expects people to leave her, especially when she does something wrong. (grab tissues for this one lol)
