Fill out this application thoroughly and post as a new thread in the Registration (this) section. If you have any questions or help, don't hesitate to talk to a staff member. Check out some of the staff/accepted applications as well. Also you're free to customize the lyrics towards your own character, but if you do, note the artist in the credit section of the application - at the bottom.

IMPORTANT NOTE - PLEASE READ:

There is a section called the "powers & limitations" section, which requires you to post a link to your species' wiki page, and list all additional powers that your specific character may have. We require, for whatever species you apply for, that you read the wiki page carefully as there might be changes due to the merging of worlds. Links are located below.
