"I- I can walk." Kirie said, having no comment on what he said previously. All though normally, Kirie was the type of person to believe just anything anyone said, she wasn't quit ready to believe that fighting was okay, even if it had a good cause behind it. As they escaped from Bane's father, Kirie turned back to glance at him, wondering what kind of man he was. He didn't seem like a very kind father, or a very good human alltogether.

Ralten stood up, rubbing his jaw and face while watching his son and his lover walk off. He grinned, deciding to give his boy some time to grow stronger. He's not quite at full potential yet. Once he is, we'll fight again, and this time I'll be ready. I can wait for gaining power, if it means making my weapon stronger. He laughed out loud and turned, walking off another way.
Bane walked beside Kirie and glanced back, watching his father walk off in the opposite direction. "Seems he's given up, Kirie." Bane smiled and glanced to her, but it faded slightly when he noticed her expression. He sensed that she didn't quite agree with his earlier statements. "I can understand why you wouldn't agree to my words, Kirie...I was once, still am in a sense, like that."

Kirie had no comment about what Bane said about violence, and so she continued to stay silent, all though now that Ralten had turned around to walk the other way, Kirie started worrying about the other problems, that occured in everyday life. One, her mother would be terribly mad when she got home, her clothes was slightly torn, and covered in dust and dirt.
She had lost the basket, which meant she had no herbs and no berries to give her mother. That meant no dessert that night, and it would be her fault, and her mother might have needed the herbs specifically that night. It put Kirie in a particularily guilty mood, but she didn't even know where her basket was. But even worst then all of those, Kirie would be horribly late, and her mother and even her father, were very strict about how late she could stay out.

"No, it's fine-" But Bane had already run off to look for her basket. Kirie sighed, leaning against one of the trees by where she was. She picked at some of the blades of grass, glancing around at the peaceful environment around her. It was as if the nature was undisturbed by the previous happenings, not in the least. They were just going on in their merry ways, the wind was dancing with his parter the grass, and the trees swayed to keep the melody.

Kirie smiled slightly, perhaps if they were fast enough they could collect a good amount of herbs and berries and bring them back home, to lower her mother's anger level, if only just by a bit. She quickly ran towards bane, and pointed to the bush in which they had met at. "Those berries, and some herbs. If we work real fast, we might not be too late.. you can stay for dinner if you want!" Kirie suggested, smiling as she started to look through the plants by where they were, collecting the appropriate herbs carefully.

Kirie giggled, staring at the basket, she nodded. "I'd say you got too much!" She popped a handful into her mouth allowing the juices to trickle down her throat before actually chewing and swallowing the berries. She put the herbs that she collected into the basket alongside the berries, hoping it was enough. "Let's go to my house now, Bane. Do you have any place to stay?" Kirie asked with curiosity.

"But what about things like thunderstorms, and what if it's Winter?" Kirie asked, wondering if Bane's cheerfulness about the matter was true, or false. She herself knew that if she were ever forced to camp out in the wild, she probably would not survive for more then an hour or so.

"But you could get sick easier." Kirie pointed out. Her mother had always been keen on making sure her children had enough to wear, and was never out in harsh weather. Perhaps some of that had rubbed off on Kirie, all though sometimes, even though she didn't like to admit it, she liked having colds. Her mother payed more attention to her then, and even her father would come home early to spend time with her, all though this was happening less and less as she grew older. But Kirie had a strong immune system, so when she had a cold, it was usually a pretty bad one.
