Origin: Gerrard was born in squalor and has lived among the downtrodden his entire life. When he turned forty he lost his eye in a fight with a pitbull and suddenly he found himself imbued with great power.

Personality: Gerrard is slightly insane. He believes that he is the master of PEs and that the current order must be overthrown so he can take his place as ruler of metro city.

Powers/Abilities/Skills: Gerrard has the power of sight. By looking at someone, he can see what their powers, if any, are. Additionally, he has the power of runes. He can imbue objects with magical properties. He can speak to animals, and to fresh corpses.

Weaknesses: Gerrard cannot operate high level technology like computers, phones or even cars. Even being in one means it has a higher risk of failure.

Notable Equipment: A heavy iron spear he has glamoured to look like a walking stick. It is imbued with the power of ice. He also has a runed trenchcoat that functions as armor.
