Real Name: Jung Wei

Origin: Wei was just a normal guy. He was working as a Mounted Police Officer in Metro City when he was transformed into the Master of Horses by a wizard when he sacrificed his own life to save his horse, Greggory, after he was shot.
Powers/Abilities/Skills:
o Level 1: Wei can talk to horses. Additionally, he is a bit faster and stronger than a normal man and rarely gets sick.
o Level 2: Wei can command horses. Additionally, he grows faster and stronger. He has minor regenartive properties, healing at three to four times the speed of a normal person.
o Level 3: Wei can now summon horses to his location telepathicaly, and imbue them great speed and strength. Given a few minutes of concentration time, he could call a stampede. Additonally, he is even faster and stronger, maxing out his running speed at thirty miles per hour and able to flip cars with some effort.
o Level 4: Wei is the master of all things equine. He can telepathically control any horse in city limits, and bring them instantly to his location. He also can modify any mount he is on to a horse-like mythical creature, such as a unicorn or a pegasus. His regeneration kicks up another notch so that he heals most wounds over night.
Weaknesses: Wei has dietary restrictions. He can no longer eat meat and mostly prefers things like oats and apples.
