Origin: He was a cop but he was let go after his partner died. So he took a trip to learn how to become a crime fighter.

o Level 1: Knows how to fight somewhat, Has no gadgets yet.
o Level 2: Can fight better, Has some armor, Uses a cape
o Level 3: He is very good fighter now, has a memory fabric cape that allows him to glide for long distances, uses gadgets
o Level 4: Master of stealth and fighting, upgraded gadgets and more powerful armor

Weaknesses: His girlfriend, Well he is human so any weapons

Equipment: Memory fabric cape, Grappling hook, Armor

o Civilian: Chiseled, Black combed hair, and very athletic body. He also wears black glasses
o Costumed: Black cowl, black and dark blue armor, dark blue belt. black memory fabric cape.

Hey! I'm Dave, I play Boreas and I run the character forums. I'm sorry I've taken so long to get to your application - I left for Italy a handful of days after you posted and had a lot on my plate with that and New Years and whatnot.

So! Dark Shadow. I think what I want to see here is some better definition for who he is and what he does. There are some characters who are very successful on Metro City without having a lot on their profiles. Check out profiles like these:

What I want to see from you is for your character to be, for another thing, more powerful. If you look at any of these characters, you'll see that they're all more powerful than Dark Shadow is at any given level. I'd also like you to define better what gadgets he uses - also, where they come from and how he keeps them maintained. If you're afraid of making him too powerful, that's okay, we can look at how his powers can be scaled back.
