FIVE SIGNIFICANT EVENTS IN YOUR LIFE:
When I moved to Manhattan with my dad because I got away from that bitch of a mother. I donít even know why she had me or why she even pretended to care. All she cares about now is her alcohol. We packed our bags when I was seven and never looked back. Good fucking riddance.
Got my first cello at ten. I guess that was a good event in my life. Dad got it for my birthday after he saw me looking at it in the window. Probably what he didnít know was that I was actually looking at the guitar but whateverÖcello was cool right? He even got me lessons with this guy that taught at some music conservatory. But maybe it wasnít that great because looked at me, I have a fucking 100k cello that I donít even wanna touch anymore.
Got accepted into Julliard at the age of seventeen. Apparently my private lessons teacher had some sort of connection with the school and thought that I was some kind a prodigy. Arenít those like two year olds that can play a whole concerto by themselves? Whatever. Started taking some composition classes which were cool I guess. Won a contest for my composition of my cello concerto, ďShove itĒ. Not sure what the big deal is. Now Iím getting a bunch of offers for internships.
Dad died when I was twenty. Some kind of cancer, the doctors told me. All I know is I went to his room to wake him up but he just wanted to sleep. I guess I am on my own now. People at the school want to help, but there is nothing they can fucking do.
Dropped out of Juilliard and everyone is like, ďYou were so close to getting your degree.Ē Whatever, that doesnít fucking matter anymore. Thatís not how I am going to live my life. Iím twenty-two and Iím ready to start having some fun.
HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW:
Well, itís been five years since I dropped out of school and I have been traveling everywhere. Finally decided itís time to come back to my old town. Iíve been playing gigs and composing shit to make some side money, but know job seems to stick. Holidayís are coming up, and I have no one right now. Not that big of deal, Iím used to being on my own.
