♥ Grace Carmichael

This right here is Grace Carmichael, a member of one of the less well off families in Bailey, a place that she has lived in her whole life. Grace has changed a lot during her life, spending a great deal of her adolescence wanting to be part of the popular gang and she lost a lot of herself in the process but thanks to her daughter she had to grow up fast. Grace is a hard working, quick tempered, stubborn single mother who would do just about anything for her daughter considering she doesn’t have the luxury of a father. Finishing high school pregnant meant that Grace wasn’t able to head off to college like many of her classmates so she stuck around as Bailey. She became a barmaid mainly because it meant she could spend her days with her daughter and whilst she slept she could earn enough money, not wanting to live with her parents forever. She managed to scrape enough money together to afford an apartment for the two of them and now Grace is old enough to go to school she might have to consider a change in career, but she really likes her job so as long as she can make it work as it is now, she will. friends Grace is a great friend, when she realised that the popular crowd weren’t necessarily the best people she began to truly appreciate people for who they are and became a good person to be around. She can be a little moody at times and her daughter Ava will always come first, but if you can get past those things she is a friend worth having. enemies her only real enemy is Aidan Black and even he barely counts as an enemy because she hasn’t seen him since he ran away after high school. He is the one person that can make her truly angry though, mainly because he abandoned his daughter. lovers Grace really doesn’t have time for any kind of relationship and is not interested in getting close to anyone because most guys run the minute they hear that she has a child. Because of this Grace is most likely to have flings or friends with benefits kind of relationships so throw something like that. As for her baby daddy, these two have a lot of unresolved issues and Aidan will always be a factor so any kind that got involved would have to deal with that as well.

aidan/grace:
so basically aidan is back in town and its a small town
so there is going to be a run in; and then their parents
get involved at some point and they get forced to
get married! can't wait to start them; but he would
be a total ass at first and not want anything to do with
Ava but at the same time he is scared and thinks he'll
become like his parents

zac/grace:
well he didn't grow up so rich either, he's two years
younger but they both work as bartenders so i can
see him becoming friends with her and loving Ava
and stuff

lillie/grace:
well she is a mess; she has a daughter Cordy who
is i think a year or two? its bad when i can't remember
anyway she is a stripper and addicted to drugs and is
pregnant again o.O...i have no idea how they would
know each other buut i'm attempting but failing to
plot all my ppl rotfl

MADDOX! Okay, So I was thinking these two became friends when they were 5 and in kindergarten playing in the sand pit? They grew up together and basically became 'brother and sister' that is how close they were. However, when she wanted to go down the road of popular, maybe she dropped Maddox as a friend? Around the 14 age mark when they hit high school? He would have been broken and angry for a while. However, when she fell pregnant, maybe he saw her crying and upset? Went to sit next to her and put his arm around her. Maybe she tried to start with sorry and he just said, 'I knew you'd be back bitch...chill' but it would be in his friendly manner? I was thinking he would be there for Ava and maybe he plays daddy to her? Maybe she even calls him daddy? If this is not okay just say...I am totally cool to you editing their friendship. Maddox could not live without Grace in his life.

firstly i am glad you love her <3 these two are going to be so much fun and he is going to have to clean up his act if he wants to be anywhere near his daughter. ava made grace grow up and she has had a good life so far so she doesnt need her good for nothing father coming in and messing that up. grace will appreciate the parents interference as much as he will so at least they will have that

ooo i like that a lot! grace needs some friends and if he gets along with her daughter he is going to get major brownie points in her book! maybe they are kinda like brother and sister, teasing each other/giving each other advice/being there for each other

omg i love all of that! she would feel incredibly guilty for ditching him especially when she realised he was probably the best friend she could ask for. i dont think she would have a problem with ava calling maddox daddy at all, especially as he has probably been there for her most of her life. the brother/sister thing would totally work, lots of light hearted mocking and generally making each other laugh but also just being there for each other when times get tough. <333

she will probably secretly be in support of it especially if aidan is being an asshole which he usually is, although she will try to play mediator because she will be under the misguided impression that the marriage might just be a good thing for her daughter. his love for ava will just make grace love him more <33

KYLA I cannot resist a Leighton for the liife of me. So Kyla comes from a really crappy family, she's far from being rich and all that jazz so I'm thinking their families knew each other growing up or something? She's only seventeen and she's always wanted to fit in just like Grace did. The only difference is Kyla's succeeded, she's little miss popular and when she's at school she gets to forget where she really comes from. She's a total sweetheart though and she'd adore Grace and her little girl. She'd think what Aiden did was disgusting and would always offer to babysit, free of charge. Grace's house would be a nice quiet change from her own when she needed to study too. Kyla wants out of Bailey and she works her ass off to save to go to UCLA next year. When it comes to her desire to be "normal", I can see Grace giving her alot of insight and wisdom on the topic and helping her accept herself a little more. CHANGE WHATEVER YOU'D LIKE!

i really like all of that and dianna is love <3 grace works nights so she could definitely use a babysitter and she would be happy to help her get some space if it meant she could get out of bailey. i think she would be a little jealous that kyla actually has the chance to get out of the place and would be happy to give her some big sister/grown up advice on anything thats troubling her.

aidan/grace:
yess he won't want to clean up his act and probably
act like he doesn't give a shit but maybe secretly
watches them...not stalkerish but idk when they are
out and part of him will want that but then the bigger
part won't and he'll walk away...but then they get

alright so awhile back mariah used to frequent the pub. she had just had a miscarriage and was having a hard time handling the situation. grace probably would have assumed she was drunk when she would be ranting top the person next to her, but she rarely drank and ninety percent of everything she did drink was "virgin". it was just a really hard time for her and she was looking for some way to express her anger and angst. maybe a few times when the pub wasn't so busy grace stopped and listened to her and maybe got a little worried about her when she noticed she stopped showing up to the pub? nowadays though mariah works down at taryn's café so maybe grace tends to stop by for a latte and get ava and apple juice or something adorable like that. hehe! mariah says how adorable ava is and they go on they're way. or something along the lines ;) add/edit/delete! :)

JENNA

so i had this idea months ago but completely forgot to post in here XD sorry! grace and jenna are the same age, so they were probably in a lot of the same classes growing up. so maybe they were friends when they were little girls, in that way that all little girls are (getting together and playing with dolls, inviting each other to birthday parties, etc etc), but as they got older and grace wanted to hang out with the more daring, popular kids, and jenna held back on that because her parents were so overprotective, they just drifted apart? no big "you aren't my friend anymore" declarations or anything dramatic like that, but just a natural, if not sad, separation? and then maybe they can some day reconnect and be like "remember when (insert silly kid thing here) happened?" and maybe become friends again? plus jenna's dad is a doctor, so maybe he could be the family doctor for grace and ava so they could bump into each other that way!

TOBIAS

so, toby is aidan's younger, but far more responsible brother. so he's ava's uncle, and once he actually knows about all of this aidan/grace stuff, he'll be i) really facepalming in aidan's general direction and ii) wishing for the opportunity to be a good uncle towards ava. toby's a sweetheart compared to his brother, so i can see him apologizing to grace for aidan, even though it's really none of his business, and trying to be a sort of mediator between the two of them once that wedding stuff is going on. i can see them either getting along really well, or toby's meddling might be grating and she can tell him to butt out of things XD

allison

all i've got here is that allie teaches first grade, so she'll be ava's teacher once she starts going to school full-time. she'll greatly respect how hard working grace is, and could be a good older-sister type figure too if grace ever needed to talk to someone (especially since allison's own sister had a daughter while the baby daddy was off some place else, so she'd be very sympathetic)
