Personality: Words to describe Lance would be outgoing, party animal, player, ect. He’s very popular and pretty much the King of the high school. He loves horses and basketball and spends all his free time doing those two things. He is also smart, or he could be if he bothered with the work part of school. Lance pretty much lives by whatever if fun is the only stuff worth doing. So he gets into trouble because he doesn’t consider school fun, other than the time he gets to spend seeing his friends and playing basketball.

Biography: Seventeen years ago a couple in a very troubled marriage had their first and only child, Lance David Carr. The parents were Nick and Anna. For most of Lance’s life Nick and Anna fought. They got married at nineteen because Anna thought she was pregnant. Soon after they were married she found out it was a false alarm and their problems started then. Lance’s parents’ divoriced when he was thirteen and he choose to live with his dad. After the divorce was finalized, Anna moved away from Bailey and Nick stayed in the town he grew up in with Lance. For awhile after the divorce Lance didn’t really see much of his dad because Nick worked a lot.

For as long as Lance can remember he has been around horses. His father is the trainer for one of the race horse ranches in the area and Lance has been known to help out on occasion. Like most people who grew up around horses Lance learned to ride at a young age and actually hopes to have his father’s job one day. Lance lives for horses and loves watching the races, whether it’s in person or on television. In school Lance is always daydreaming about the horses and training so his grades aren’t always the best, although he manages to stay on the basketball team somehow. Actually Lance would be an amazing student if he paid attention. Bottom line, horses are always on his mind no matter what. Well horses and girls.

Lance has just started his last year of high school and then he doesn’t know what he will do. He knows he wsn’t to be a trainer like his dad but he’s not sure he wants to spend more time in school. Lance is convinced he can train horses without much of an education. If he hasn’t decided by the time he has to do applications Lance is going to take a year off and use that time to decide. He plans to work the whole year off at the farm and then will apply the next time applications are being accepted. When he does go to college it will only be at BCC, because he doesn’t think he ever needs to leave Bailey for that.
