This is Joy Shepard a cop in this small town. She is a nice person and loves to help people, however people meeting her while she is working will also notice that she is not a person who has much patience for bad excuses or people breaking the law. She is good at her job and while she might not look like she is much of a challenge, she really is more capable than her small size would indicate. She can be strict and is not one to let other talk her out of her decisions. At least it hasn’t happened yet.<br><br>
The small town assignment isn’t exactly what she had expected though. She always wanted to work in her own home town, but when she first applied to the Police she was accepted to the New York Police academy and was trained and worked the first two years of her service in New York City and compared to that, this place seems dead when it comes to police work. But at least something happens and because most people know each other it is also easier to see how every little bit helps.<br><br>
<u><b>FRIENDS</b></u>:<br> Joy grew up here and surely know a lot of people if not from school or just from hanging around the town, then at least by name and rumor. She is a nice and loyal person and surely made a friend or two in her lifetime.<br><br>
<u><b>ENEMIES</b></u>:<br> No one likes cops, or at least those who gets stopped for speeding or drinking and driving. Those who might have gotten caught by her strict side and stood opposed her on the law will probably not like her.<br><br>
<u><b>LOVE LIFE</b></u>:<br> To be honest I haven’t really thought about that. She is not one who likes to opened up so it might be tricky.<br><br>
<u><b>OTHER</b></u>:<br> I am always open to ideas
