-Guests can now read the forums, but not forums inherently volatile such as ban forums and trash ect.
-Validation Emails are now invalid after a time period of one day, or 24 hours from the period sent. After these 24 hours you will have to reregister.. This is mostly to allow users who never recived a email for whatever reason to be able to reregister without having to find a adminstrator or whatnot.
