Early Member Group: Members Posts: 23 Member No.: 5 Joined: 5-January 08	Ok guys, some faggot said he was gonna DDOS me if I stopped calling some bitch a bitch on a forum I use. He does have my IP, he is a generic hacker, nothing to fancy, I said GG to him and told the bitch to die. Any suggestions on how to make sure he isn't able to get in? I know you have to have connection to my computer, but it can be done. Some help? Also, wondering if anyone is able to get IP's via xfire or anything so that I can report that shit.

Forum Admin Group: Admin Posts: 55 Member No.: 3 Joined: 5-January 08	-You cannot get IPs via XFire afaik (proof needed) and I highly doubt you can with any similar IM program. It might be possible to get the IPs if you exchange files however, but this is all iffy shit which is silly. -Firewall (ZoneAlarm will work) -Router with firewall (Virtually all routers have firewalls) -Don't download iffy files. -Reporting someone's IP and saying 'This guy threatened to hack me' will acomplish nothing at all at any real level.
