 DescriptionThe fourth floor is reserved for staff offices. Epika Entertainment employs an open office concept. There are no cubicles or private room offices - all employees have their own individual desk in an open room with the other employees. Large screens provide some seperation based on specific jobs: makeup artists in one area, fashion designers in another, and so forth. Each area has equipment specific to the job of the employees situated there. The decor is modern and clean and employees are encouraged to keep their stations tidy and their voices low. Trainees and other employees without a desk may enter at their leisure but should be sure not to cause any unnecessary disturbances.
