Part 1

A celebrity is interviewed about what they think their life might be like if they weren't famous and what they might do for a living if they weren't in the entertainment industry. Then the celebrity is given a 'new life' for one day where they see what it would be like to have a different and much more normal job. The cameras follow them around for the duration of the day and also record the celebrities thoughts and feelings during the day through short interviews. Often times the results of the show can be touching and comical.

Part 2

After the footage is edited, Yoonhee Moon and Youngwoo Park along with select celebrity guests watch the footage and comment on it while it is airing, often adding to the emotional and comedic value of the footage.
