STARS OF POWER

because chaos has arrived, disrupting the balance in the universe, a presence known only as "the unknown" has begun attempts to counter the imbalance. namely, "the unknown" has allowed powerful stars to fall to earth with the intent of having someone worthy of its power wield it to fight chaos.

but as the stars fall to earth, they break apart. in our case these stars have broken into five pieces, separating themselves into five different groups within each alliance: silver, golden, and dark.

in the end, there can only be one single alliance -- that of the neo-crystal kingdom. that means the stars must be combined into a single crystal, and then ultimately reattached to form a single crystal star of power. or nine crystal stars of power, to be exact.

HOW THAT WORKS

to create a single crystal, you need to reattach the five broken pieces into one. that means:

soldier + general + council + associate + comingsoon! = white crystal

after that, there will be three white crystals, and these crystals must be combined into a colored crystal that reflects the powers within, like so:

dark power + golden power + silver power = colored crystal star

being that these ultimate crystal stars are powerful, they need to be shared between two people to keep the balance, and to prevent the star from consuming a single entity and become similar to chaos' form. for that, we have a yin and yang balance going: one male, one female to wield a single ultimate crystal star.

STAR SEEDS

wielded by guardians, star seeds are a less powerful star crystal. left alone, they allow the guardian to shift into a simple cat (the color and breed of cat varies). but when six star seeds are combined, the guardian is able to take total control of their powers, allowing them to shift from magical house cat to large BAKENEKO able to fly, spew ghostly fireballs, communicate telepathically, use telekinesis, and possess healing powers. what does that mean? it means three guardians are ultimately destined to guard and protect the nine star crystal wielders, as well as to advise the king and queen on matters of the kingdom.

there are eighteen star seeds to be collected, and they may be combined in any number of ways until three guardians wield six star seeds apiece.
