twenty-three - golden alliance - paladin - dame vela - boutique assistant manager

This is Chloe Natasha Mie. She's twenty three years old and the only child of stockbroker Phillipe Mie and Genevieve Mie. Chloe isn't attending university but she is working at a local fashion boutique by the name of Le Kitten. She's had an interest in fashion since she was young, thanks to her mother, and she hopes one day to be a designer or model. So far she thinks her life is going alright, she's got a decent job, a terrific boyfriend and Chloe is still putting herself out there for her dreams. A little bit vain, and selfish, Chloe is not everyone's cup of tea, but she is genuine and she doesn't try to upset people. It just sort of happens sometimes...

friends - the best friend position has already been snagged by one Deborah Shimizu. They're a bit unlikely friends, but they've known one another since high school and Chloe loves Deborah. She has other friends though, from other places, and Chloe is affectionate towards them all. Her friends are people who see past what most perceive as shallow to the fact that Chloe just wants to be a good person.

enemies - now aforementioned perceived shallowness will probably come into this. Chloe doesn't always think through what she says or does, so she's prone to upsetting others without meaning to. She is the same with her actions. However, if anyone is just rude for the sake of it, or makes their dislike of her known, they should be warned. Chloe can hold a grudge like nobody's business and be as petty as they come when crossed.

romance - Chloe is currently in a relationship with Timothy Masami, and has been for three years. Despite their differences, she's mostly happy and isn't looking elsewhere. She doesn't however know that her boyfriend and best friend are actually having an affair, so things are set to get very interesting between them. After that who knows?

anne -- as they're the same age, they would probably know one another, and probably even went to school together. anne hung out mostly with claire, but at some point she might have hung out with chloe and deborah a few times after claire had graduated. so maybe not super close, but enough that a few lunches together or something could easily be a habit for them now?

jeremy -- it's unlikely he's had many interactions with chloe before, so run-in's will probably work best until we figure out a good person that would connect them in some way.

marianne -- mary has probably been by the shop a few times with her mom, and even her sister. she's not very big on fashion, but i could see her pestering shop workers about clothing and the like, or styles, or why certain people wear really bad clothing. or something along those lines.

maxfield -- she's about the same age as one of his brothers, so he might remember her from when he was in school or something, but i doubt they ever really hung out? i think she'd annoy him since she's a lot like the teenage girls that he despises at work. he'd probably groan aloud if she ever gushed about her problems at the karaoke bar or something.

natalie -- they don't really run in the same circles, but i think natalie could easily shop at the boutique a few times, and they might know one another that way? as she's kind of evil!natalie right now, chances are she's going to be more of a handful than ever. she might get chloe's hopes up about connecting her with people, or offering to wear a design or two, and then dash them with some crude comments later. of course, that depends on how long she's corrupted. but if she did that, it would probably make things weird whenever she's not corrupted later.

paxton -- if the boutique has ever had a run-in with shoplifters, pax might have worked a case or two -- but beyond that, i'm not sure how well he'd know her.

regan -- she could shop at the boutique as well, and would probably be semi-friendly to chloe? but only if she doesn't overwhelm rei. a passing friendship could easily come of that, i think.

anne - i like the sound of that. chloe does have other friends besides deborah, and she would probably like anne. it seems to be becoming a bit of a habit for her to have friends who are actually responsible haha.

jeremy - that sounds about right for now. you never know when something may pop up that works.

marianne - funnily i dont think chloe would mind the questions. since she is as interested in fashion as she is, she'll leap at the chance to talk about styles and stuff... even if it takes her a minute to click that mary really doesn't care about them. haha.

maxfield - part of me wants to say that chloe would do it just to irritate max, but in a sort of little brother kind of way. perhaps she and his older brother are still friends, so she knows of him but they don't hang out? she could pop in every now and then and politely remind him not to be so grumpy. i just see him banging his head on the table whenever he sees her coming.

natalie - thats a pretty awesome idea actually. totally didnt think of that! it kinda would dash chloe's hopes a lot to have natalie suddenly turn on her and i think she may even avoid her after she comes out of her corruption. that would probably confuse nat if she and chloe got on from her recollections.

paxton - they've probably had a shop lifter or two, so a random thread like that could definitely work here for starters!

regan - a passing friendship sounds good. chloe would enjoy having rei around in the store, even if its just while she's doing her shopping.

amara

Well, if Mara gets close to Michelle before Tim finds his family, she'll probably be pulled along on that side of the search. So, there could be something there in the future. For right now, I don't have much. They're the same age but she didn't go to public school so they won't really know each other from there. Amara doesn't really care in fashion and she'll get annoyed if anybody put the subject on her. Uh, Mara flirts with practically every pretty girl around her age, give or take a few years, as long as they're not overly bubbly. I can't promise she won't do it.

neil

Neil has most likely done security at the boutique. After almost thirty years, he's probably done each business in the area at least once. He tends to chat to workers/owners/customers, so they could have had a couple conversations. Neil would think Chloe as driven or responsibly from knowing her through work. What she would think of him is up to you.

howie

Not much that I could think of. Howie may ask her about any sporty looks Chloe knows of or possibly divise some girly outfits to get his sister in as a joke if he runs into her. Where that would be, or Howie knowing her interest in fashion, it's a blank.
