As our site isn't strictly following any of the canon versions of the Sailor Moon Genre, it's probably a good idea to check out the information located in here so you know how this place works. From the rules to the plot to the canons, we should have everything covered. If you can't find something, just ask and we'll direct you to the right place.

Once you're ready to apply for a character, come in here, follow the template, and post in the correct forum. All applicants get three tries to fix an application, and any extensions must be asked for twenty-four hours in advance. Please bump your application when ready for a review.

Congrats! If you find your application within, it means you have made it onto the site. As such, you will also find all completed threads pertaining to the story in here as well. Read up, and go forth to capture your star. We have a long road ahead of us.

GUEST FRIENDLY. Questions and suggestions of any sort, by members and guests alike. Staff will answer things, or take things into consideration, as soon as we can sort them out -- so if you have something on your mind, let us know. However, absolutely no rudeness or flaming will be tolerated. This is strictly for the site, about the site, and nothing else.

Once you've been accepted, be sure to come in here and fill out all the claims. This helps sort out things like awakenings, who plays who, and other odds and ends that you might need or want to know at some point in time. This should really be the first stop before launching into all the other things.

Rather than try to keep up with a plotting page, we have character ads instead. Make one and see what sort of plotting you come up with for each of your characters. This can make coming up with threads easier, and sorting out all those odds and ends like how serious or un-serious a particular relationship is or isn't.

Should there be a specific character you would like to see taken up, canon or otherwise, detail that information in here and see if someone takes it up. please only have one wanted ad per character, and be patient. Once an ad is taken up, it will be trashed.

Sometimes a little organization helps members remember what posts they're currently involved in with each of their characters, and who they're threading with, or have threaded with. If you'd like to make things easier and not forget about a thread or two, then make a thread tracker.

This is where all the information about powers, the Neo-Crystal Kingdom, and story-arcs can be found. It keeps you in the loop on what's going on around the site so you can incorporate it into your own storylines and threads.

This is where the alliances are tracked. Each member of the alliance will have a thread dedicated to their secret identity, tracking their progress with the stars, and updating what powers they currently have access to.

Since we're a member driven site, having members given input is fabulous. This forum is going to center on plot ideas, alliance formings/breakings, and other odds and ends that throw our characters into turmoil, and shake things up with Chaos.

Cell phones, telephones, and the instant messenger are likely how one communicates in this day and age. In here you will be able to create threads for each in the appropriate forum. Enjoy!

every fall the underground rock show comes to town. it's where rock bands compete against one another to win a big pot of money -- roughly $1000 and a spot in a national rock competition for a record contract. it's loud, it's hot, and did we mention it's supposed to be for the college age crowd? high schoolers often sneak in anyway, but avoid the cops if you're still a minor.

for two weeks in the fall the fashion show comes to town, highlighting some of the newest and greatest fashion trends for the upcoming season. there's a lot of competition between fashion companies, and some big-name stars show up to help model and associate themselves as fashion icons. weekends are exclusively for those with tickets, but during the weekdays there are venues to showcase new talents, and allow the locals to see what's hot in the fashion world.

every fall crossroads high holds a carnival on their campus, inviting people from all over the city to come and donate a few dollars for school programs. there's a discount if you come in costume, so don't be afraid to dress up for the night. check out the rides, booths, and crafts, and see what fun you can have.

Varying from apartments to houses to mansions and all other living places in between, most people have a place within tokyo to call their own. If you're looking for a home in particular, check out the residence form in the claims area.

Owned by the Hino family, the temple attracts people to its quiet little domain each day. The shrine itself is always open for reflection and prayer. In the daytime the temple is filled with miko in training, or school girls coming to buy charms for good luck. In the wee hours of the night, the occasional suspicious looking person might be seen coming and going, although no one would ever confirm that publicly.

The park is pretty in the spring with all the cherry blossoms blooming, and usually filled with people picnicking, flying kites, or simply passing the time. There's a pond with a small walking bridge located in the area, and a jungle gym, slide and swing set for the kids. A lot of people like to use the park as a shortcut from one area to another.

Crossroads Public High School, St. Teresa's Academy, Brennan's Academy, Cram School, and King-Orson University are the educational venues spread throughout Tokyo, teaching various subjects and holding extracurricular activities.

Each day the market opens up with stalls and vendors, and people go down to do some basic food shopping. It's usually cheaper than going to a convenience store, and if you look hard enough you can probably find whatever it is you're looking for. Just beware of the crowds, as they're usually pretty crowded.

Located on the corner of the street, in every neighborhood is a convenience store that sells all sorts of alcohol, candy, and other junk food and drinks for fairly cheap prices. You can also find ramen noodle packets, and some other meals, it just takes a little browsing.

Choose any number of restaurants, cafes, street vendors, or vending machines for a bite to eat. They range from upscale to cheap as dirt -- it all depends on what you feel like eating, and how much money you have on hand.

If you aren't utilizing the library at your respective school, then the public library is the next best place to go. It's open until pretty late, but the atmosphere is extremely hush-hush. Try not to disturb people while they're in here, and if you need help, just ask the librarian.

If you go down to the shopping district, you can probably find something worthwhile. Whether it's clothing, antiques, jewelry, toys, or something else, there are plenty of shops to choose from, and even more that haven't been discovered yet. Be sure to have either cash or credit to pay, though, otherwise you'll probably be chased out.

Crown Enterprises are made up of a cafe, arcade, and karaoke bar. They're all located next door to one another, which makes them pretty popular with the younger crowd, and the owner can often be seen popping in and out of each building throughout the day. open seven days a week, this is probably the best local hangout in the city.

Whether it's an injury or a possible illness, a good place to go is the hospital to be checked out. It's also a busy workplace, so expect to wait in line for things to get done, regardless of status.

There are several ways to get around tokyo other than by foot. A public bus system, the public metro, a personal vehicle, or even a taxi. be sure to have change at the ready to travel by public transportation, or even to get gas.

The only time the place shuts down is when the weather is extremely bad. You can find all sorts of rides, shows, and games to take part in at the amusement park. It's a good place to spend the day on a date, with the family, or just with friends.

Tokyo is a rather large city, so any place that hasn't been mentioned, can easily be found in here. From the streets, to a specific building, the possibilities are endless.

Whether you're in need of a recent past thread, or a thread prior to the outcome of an awakening/monster attack thread, this will be the place to do them.
