HISTORY
Cecilia was born in Pennsylvania in the year 1772 to a young couple, Elizabeth and John Knight. Every time it was storming outside she would run out and watch the electricity. But when her father died of Scarlet fever when she was ten, she quit watching the storms for a time. Her mother was always crying and Cecilia was depressed most of the time. The only thing keeping her off the edge of an emotional cliff was her mother. Then, two years later her mother died of the same cause.

She was devastated. She moved in with her Aunt and Uncle and their sons. There, little by little, she got better, well as much as possible at the time. She began watching the storms again, and soon after it was a family tradition. She went to private lessons with her cousins and become curious with knowledge.

When she turned sixteen, she decided to tell her Aunt and Uncle of her plan to move to a city and fulfill her wish of knowledge. They forbid her, saying things like she was not allowed and she was foolish. She ran to her room and started packing. That night, she sneak out and grabbed her favorite horse from the stalls. Her Aunt and Uncle were foolish to hold her down, she thought.

So she rode into the night not seeing the danger hovering close by. The same night, there was an electrical storm. Cecilia was struck and was dying because of it. She found it ironic that she was dying of because of something she loved. The most beautiful creature she had ever seen saved her. He changed her, for he thought it was such a waste for someone to die so young.

After three whole days of complete agony, she awoke to a new world. There, her creator told her the rules and abilities a vampire has before leaving her.

After twenty years of learning to control her thirst in the thick forest of Pennsylvania, she went to Alaska and ran into the Denali’s. There, she learned about being a vegetarian vampire. She stayed with them for fifty years time making good friends with Kate and Carmen. She left and became a nomad again.

After one hundred and fifty years, she settled in a house in Alaska and started a life again. She enrolled as a student at a local university. After that she moved to Forks, Washington, the rainyist place in the U.S.

    SAMPLE POST:
(Before Moving To Forks) Cecilia Knight tapped her pencil repeatedly the entire class period. Sometimes taking a class or two for English in college was a bore. Glancing around the room, she wondered what all the humans were thinking. The bell rang and she collected all of her belongings. No one bothered her.

When she first came here, to Alaska, humans practically threw themselves onto her lap, begging for her to give them a chance. She politely told them no, remembering a time when she ate them to satisfy her thirst. After that, no one would look at her, much less talk about her. Seems like the humans have been talking rumors about her, she thought.

She breezed to her car, unlocking it and getting in. She was surprised when a human, he was obviously new, due to the fact he looked like he had never seen her before. She raised a brow.

“So, um, you want to, um, like go to the movies tonight with me?” The human stuttered. She smiled apologetically and shook her head no.

“Why not?” He asked, heartbroken. She sighed and remembered to blink.

“I’m sorry, but my mother is visiting from California.” She lied. He nodded brokenly and walked off. She backed out expertly of the parking lot and drove thirty miles to her house in the wilderness.

Her house was one story with gray paneling and quaint little white shutters. The door was olive wood and had two windows embedded in it. The roof was A- framed, which was essential because if too much snow piled onto a non-A-frame house it would collapse. The inside was cute and held Cecilia’s interests and personal possessions.

She sat down on her large brown suede couch, set and ready to read her book when she realized how amazingly thirsty she was. Sighing, she jumped off of the couch and excited the house.

Darting into the woods was a feeling she never get used to. It was wonderful- a true feeling that she never before felt. Her meal was elk, her favorite. She smiled, anxious to feel the fur and pulse of the animal on her lips. She sprang forward, catching the neck of the animal right where she wanted it to be. She bit down; the neck was soft as warm butter. She was smiling as she downed the elk’s blood.

This life was so much easier than before, she thought.
