Rules of Claiming
1. Admin or Global Moderator word is final. Period.
2. You must have your application accepted before you can claim.
3. Double claims are only allowed in rare circumstances [must be different hair, eyes, etc.]
4. You must use the form provided exactly, or your claim might not be added.
5. All claims must be called, even if the person is from somewhere like MySpace.
6. These rules may be adjusted as I see fit.
