OK, I did that a few days ago. Now what? Can we at least get a message acknowledging our contact?

I get that refunds may take a little while (2 weeks max. is reasonable in my book) but a little communication would ease the anxiety, I think.

Unfortunately, the Perth Organiser is the only one with the full details of the Perth event..

CSTS events are all independently organised, with CSTSANZ.com acting as a central information resource to assist local crews.

I'm sure that the organiser will be in touch with all ticket holders to advise on refunds.

There is a limited amount we can do, but please keep in touch and let us know how things go.

Got my refund in full today. Sorry the screening didn't happen but cleaning up the fallout promptly at least leaves me feeling OK if (and when?) we have another go next year.
